MWCNTs samples were characterized by High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) to measure the particle size and surface area of the samples, respectively. In this study, three different nanocomposites were prepared with MWCNTs to cement ratios of 0.3%, 0.7% and 1% by weight. The enhancement of the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of cement composites was achieved.
