The oral biology department has set the topics of its Performance-based assessment that will be held on Tuesday 11-4-2023 at 10 p.m.

Under the auspicious of prof/ Muhammed Abd Elmageed Katamesh, dean of the faculty, prof/ Heba Rashed, vice dean for Community Services and Environmental Development, and prof/ Safaa Marzouk Tohamy, head of Scientific Research Ethics Committee, the Faculty of Dentistry held its Scientific Research Ethics seminar entitled, "Proposal Basics", on Wednesday 1 March 2023.
The Seminar was delivered by Dr. Mahmoud Ahmad Abd El-Aleem, coordinator of the Central Committee for Scientific Research Ethics in Assiut University where he explained the standards to do research papers and publish them in national and international journals.
The AUC has launched Road to College program which is a 12-level free English online course to enhance your English language skills and prepare you for success in university.

The Student Union in the central youth welfare office will hold a training program in the small conference hall in the faculty of agriculture to teach Assiut University students how to plan and execute social and medical initiatives from 2 to 5 p.m. from (5 to 9 March 2023). The training will be delivered by some staff members.

Students of Franciscan Secondary School paid a visit to Faculty of Dentistry on Monday 27-2-2023. Students had a tour in the faculty to see its clinics, simulation lab, research lab, and lecture halls.
By the end of their visit, prof/ Heba Rashed, vice dean for Community Services and Environmental Development, prof/ Muhammad Nahed, head of Assiut University dental hospital, Dr. Mostafa Sherif, lecturer in Fixed Prosthodontics department, and Dr. Mostafa Muhammad Sayed, Assistant lecturer in Pediatric Dentistry, held a meeting with the students to answer their questions about dental issue
The Faculty of Dentistry held a course entitled, "Basic Endodontic Course", delivered by Dr. Asmaa Desouky, lecturer in the endodontics department, from 23-25 March 2023.
Many dentists from different Egyptian universities attended the course.
The Faculty of Arts will hold its student activities festival for the academic year 2022-2023 for all Assiut University faculties in its headquarters from 7 to 8 March 2023.
