The visit came within the framework of joint cooperation between the Faculty of Commerce, Assiut University and the Information Technology Institute (ITI).

The two parties discussed the package of training programs to be held for students during the summer vacation.

PPIS students shine inside the Greek Campus of the American University in Cairo

In light of the keenness of the Public Policy Information Systems Program to continue the training activities provided to all male and female students, it was keen to provide a new opportunity and a greater challenge for the students of the program by organizing the first training course from inside the Greek Campus at the American University in Cairo, which lasted for two days in a row in order to Practical and technical training on how to seize job opportunities and prepare for the external labor market, which has become a requirement for human capital with a high degree of professionalism and competitiveness.

The training course came as a basic stimulus for male and female students towards entering the labor market, exposure to different cultures and the experiences of others, building an attractive CV, and getting acquainted with the most important websites (such as linked in and others) used in obtaining the greatest knowledge related to the issue of employment and benefiting from it in building a personality Modern technology keeping pace with digital transformation in all countries of the world, including the Egyptian state.

انطلقت فعاليات المؤتمر العلمي لوحدة البرامج المهنية بكلية التجارة بعنوان "حوكمة المؤسسات وآفاق التنمية الشاملة في مصر"، تحت رعاية الدكتورة نيفين القباج وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي، والدكتور أحمد المنشاوى رئيس جامعة أسيوط، والدكتور علاء عبد الحفيظ عميد الكلية ورئيس المؤتمر ، والدكتور نسمة أحمد حشمت وكيلة الكلية لشئون الدراسات العليا ونائب رئيس المؤتمر.

حضر المؤتمر الدكتور أحمد عبدالمولى القائم بعمل نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، والدكتور محمود عبد العليم القائم بعمل نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، واللواء أركان حرب شريف سعيد صالح مساعد رئيس أركان المنطقة الجنوبية العسكرية ، والدكتور صلاح هاشم مستشار وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي للسياسات الإجتماعية، والأستاذ أشرف أديب مستشار وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي للتمكين الإقتصادى، والدكتور محمد العدوى وكيل كلية التجارة لشئون التعليم و الطلاب، والدكتور عبد الله فيصل علام المدير التنفيذي للبرامج المهنية ومقرر المؤتمر، إلى جانب مشاركة كوكبة من الشخصيات البارزة والعلماء المتخصصين، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس من كليات التجارة من مختلف الجامعات المصرية، إلى جانب مشاركة ممثلي البنوك والمصالح الحكومية المصرية.

وأوضح الدكتور أحمد المنشاوى رئيس جامعة أسيوط، أن موضوع المؤتمر يعكس رؤية ومسؤولية جامعة أسيوط تجاه المجتمع؛ من خلال مناقشة العديد من القضايا ذات الصلة بالحوكمة والتنمية المستدامة، والتي أولت الحكومة أهمية خاصة لها، مشيرًا إلى أن الحوكمة من أهم العمليات الضرورية واللازمة، للتأكد من حسن سير عمل المؤسسات، وتأكيد على نزاهة الإدارة فيها، وذلك للوفاء بالالتزامات والتعهدات، ولضمان تحقيق المؤسسة لأهدافها بشكل قانوني واقتصادي سليم، بالإضافة إلى ما توفره من وسائل ضبط تعمل على زيادة الجودة وتطوير الأداء مما يؤدي إلى الحفاظ على مصالح جميع الأطراف، مضيفًا أن المؤتمر، يعد إحدى العلامات المهمة التي تؤكد التطلع نحو القادم بإيجابية؛ لتحقيق أهداف الحوكمة في ضوء جلسات المؤتمر المهمة التي تناقش موضوعات حيوية تدور حول التحديات التي تواجهها الحوكمة في ضوء التحول الرقمي.

وأشار الدكتور صلاح هاشم مستشار وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي للسياسات الإجتماعية، إلى العلاقة القوية بين الوزارة والجامعات المصرية، والتى تسهم بدورها فى تقديم الخدمات، ودعم طلاب الجامعات ، حيث تم تدشين وحدة التضامن الإجتماعي فى 31 جامعة، تقوم بتقديم كافة خدمات الوزارة داخل المجتمع الجامعى، إلى جانب تقديم الأجهزة التعويضية والمتحركة المجانية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين والطلاب بالجامعات ، وإيمانا بدرو الوزارة فى تحقيق العدالة الإجتماعية ومبدأ تكافئ الفرص تم توزيع 2000 جهاز لاب توب ناطق كمرحلة اأولى على طلاب الجامعات من ذوى الإعاقة البصرية ، إلى جانب إطلاق وتدشين الكثير من المبادرات الخدمية وحضانات للطلاب بالفرق الدراسية، والتي يحصل من خلالها الطلاب الخمس الأوائل على مبلغ 1000 جنية شهريا، وكذلك حضانات الفائقين لطلاب الدراسات العليا فى الكليات العملية، وتم إطلاق مبادرة "الطالب المنتج" لدعم الطلاب المنتجين الذى يمتلكون أفكار إنتاجية، وذلك بهدف تطويرها ودعمها و تسويقها و عرضها فى كبرى المعارض الدولية ، مشيراَ إلى قيام الوزارة بدورها فى رفع العبء عن كاهل الأسرة المصرية حيث تم دفع أكثر من 8 مليون جنية كمصروفات دراسية فى 14 جامعة.

وفي كلمته أكد الدكتور أحمد عبد المولي، علي أهمية الموضوعات التي يناقشها المؤتمر والتي من أهمها البرامج المهنية ودورها الإيجابي في مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية؛ لإكساب الدارسين الخبرات العلمية وتنمية مهاراتهم وقدراتهم, مؤكداً على إرساء قواعد الحوكمة في إدارة شئون الجامعات مع ترك مساحة لكل جامعة لتبني سمعتها من خلال أدائها ومعاييرها الخاصة،الأمرالذي يمكن من خلاله الإرتقاء بالنظامين التعليمي والإداري إلي مستويات أفضل، مشيداً بمجهودات كافة القائمين علي كلية التجارة في إنجاح هذا المؤتمر.

واستعرض الدكتور علاء عبد الحفيظ عميد كلية التجارة موجزأ لتاريخ البرامج المهنية فى مرحلة الدراسات العليا بكلية التجارة بالجامعة، والتى بدأت الدراسة بها عام 2009، وبدء بتنفيذ برنامجين تعليميين مهنيين من خلال قسم العلوم السياسية وهما؛ دبلوم الدراسات العليا فى البحث و التقييم ، ودبلوم السياسيات العامة و حقوق الطفل، أتبع ذلك سعى كلية التجارة إلى استدامة البرامج المهنية، وقد نفذت الكلية أربعة برامج للماجستير المهني بدءاَ من عام 2017، وتخرج منها 619 خريج ، وقد شهدت السنوات الأخيرة طفرة فى مسيرة البرامج المهنية بالكلية، برعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوى رئيس الجامعة حيث وصل عدد المقيدين فى العام الحالي إلى 1000 دارساَ في مختلف التخصصات الماجستير و الدكتوراه ، كما صدر قرار وزاري فى مارس الماضي بإنشاء برامج دكتوراه مهنية DBA للمرة الأولى فى جامعة أسيوط.

ومن جانبه، ثمن الدكتور محمد العدوى جهود إدارة الجامعة فى تطوير البرامج الدراسية والمهنية، ومواكبتها لاحتياجات سوق العمل وتوجهات التنمية الشاملة للدولة، مؤكداً على أهمية تنظيم اللقاءات العلمية، المؤتمرات، والندوات؛ نظراً للدور الحيوى الذى تقوم به فى صقل قدرات وخبرات المشاركين وتنمية الكوادر البشرية؛ فهي أداة لتنوير عقولهم وخبراتهم المعرفية وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من خبرات علماء جامعة أسيوط.

وفى السياق ذاته استعرض الدكتور عبد الله فيصل البرامج المختلفة للماجستير والدكتوراه المهنية، مشيراً إلى مدى مواكبة تلك البرامج الدراسية لتوجهات الدولة وأهداف الجمهورية الجديدة، وقد بلغ عدد خريجى برنامج الماجستير والدكتوراة المهنية حوالى 1150 خريج ومقيد بها حوالى 780 دارس فى برامج المحاسبة، والسياسات العامة، وإدارة الإعمال، والمستشفيات.

وأوضحت الدكتورة نسمة حشمت أن المؤتمر ناقش خلال جلستين علميتين ضمن فعاليات اليوم، الكثير من الأبحاث، حيث قدم الدكتور عادل ريان نائب رئيس الجامعة الأسبق لشئون التعليم والطلاب محاضرة بعنوان "حوكمة الجامعات الحكومية فى مصر"، كما عرضت أوراق لكبار الأساتذة المتخصصين حول "دور الحوكمة في إعادة الهيكلة الإدارية للمؤسسات العامة لتحقيق اهداف الحكم الرشيد" للدكتور محمد محمد إبراهيم أستاذ إدارة الأعمال ورئيس جامعة المنوفية الأسبق، و"الجهاز الإداري في مصر : حدود الحوكمة وآفاق التنمية" للدكتور إسماعيل صبري مقلد أستاذ العلوم السياسية وعميد كلية التجارة جامعة أسيوط الأسبق، و"أثر تطبيقات الحوكمة علي محتوي تقرير مراقب الحسابات" للدكتور محمود الناغي أستاذ المحاسبة والمراجعة بكلية التجارة جامعة المنصورة ، و"تحقيق الشمول المالي وتعميق مستويات الإستدامة في قطاع التأمين في مصر" للدكتور عادل منير رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة ثروة لتأمينات الحياة.

أما الجلسة الثانية فأدارها الدكتور أحمد وهبان أستاذ العلوم السياسية وعميد كلية الدراسات الإقتصادية والعلوم السياسية جامعة الإسكندرية،وناقش "حوكمة البرامج المهنية في الجامعات المصرية"، وتم مناقشة أوراق عن "حوكمة الشركات وانعكاساتها علي سوق الأوراق المالية " للدكتور عبد الحميد أبو ناعم أستاذ إدارة الأعمال وعميد كلية إدارة الأعمال بجامعة دراية بالمنيا ، و"التحول الرقمي ودوره في الحوكمة في مصلحة الضرائب" للدكتور أحمد عبد الوهاب مدير عام التدريب الخارجي والمنح الداخلية بمصلحة الضرائب المصرية، و"دور الرقمنة في تطوير المنتج التأميني لرفع أداء صناعة التأمين في مصر" للدكتورة صفاء محمود مدير عام الإدارة العامة للحوادث المتنوعة بشركة مصر للتأمين، ويستكمل المؤتمر أعماله في مدينة الغردقة يومي 18 و19 مايو الجاري، بمشاركة الباحثين الدارسين في البرامج المهنية بالكلية، حيث يعرضون أكثر من 20 بحثاً حول الحوكمة والتنمية في مصر.

والجدير بالذكر أن المؤتمر شهد تقديم درع التكريم لضيوف الجامعة وهم الدكتور صلاح هاشم وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي للسياسات الإجتماعية، والدكتور أشرف أديب مستشار وزيرة التضامن للتمكين الإقتصادي، والدكتور أحمد عبد المولي القائم بأعمال نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب ، والدكتور علاء عبد الحفيظ عميد الكلية ، إلي جانب تكريم السادة وكلاء الكلية لكافة القطاعات ، فضلاً عن تكريم السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كلية التجارة من مختلف الجامعات المشاركين في الجلسات العلمية بالمؤتمر ، كما شهد التكريم أيضاً كافة القائمين علي البرامج المهنية من السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين بالكلية.

The college administration announces that the permitted graduation ceremonies are those that are organized through the college’s youth welfare department and take place on campus.

The college is not responsible for any parties that take place outside the university, and faculty members are not allowed to participate in them.

Male and female students of the Public Policy Information Systems (PPIS) program win the first positions in the Policy Papers Competition at Assiut University...and the President of Assiut University promises rewarding financial prizes for the winning teams.

In light of the activation of the Global Grace initiative (the global initiative for education and youth empowerment in the field of combating corruption), and under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Administrative Control Authority, and the United Nations Office for Combating Crime. Our male and female students were able to obtain the first three positions at Assiut University in the competition for the best policy paper for the year 2023.

Male and female students expressed their happiness for the presence of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, for that celebration, which formed fuel and motivation for them to pursue more excellence and admiration to honor their ancient and unique university in various forums and events. His Excellency the Minister promised to pay handsome rewards to the owners of the three winning teams during the competition, in appreciation of their efforts and to encourage them to continue excellence and excellence.

The nice thing is that this achievement was achieved by male and female students in the first university stage, and it is not the only achievement they achieved this year. This indicates that the quality of the idea is judged by the outputs of the results, and this is what happened on the ground.
