Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, the Faculty of Commerce launches the English Language Program (FCEP) for the new academic year.

Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, reviewed a report submitted by Dr. Alaa Abdel Hafeez, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, about the English Language Program (FCEP) at the Faculty of Commerce, within the framework of the media campaign implemented by Assiut University to introduce its faculties and study programs, and within the framework of the university administration’s keenness to prepare qualified graduates. To work in the college’s areas of specialization that require the use of the English language, keep pace with successive developments in the field of business, and produce high-quality research, as well as effectively contribute to community service and environmental development.

Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy stated that the English Language Program (FCEP) was established at the college in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Council of Universities in 1996, and the program allows graduates to work in many fields that require the use of the English language in financial, commercial, and administrative transactions, investment companies and foreign banks, and preparing... Feasibility studies for projects, evaluation of investment proposals, and use of computers and information technology to develop knowledge and professional skills related to the field of specialization.

Dr. Alaa Abdel Hafeez, Dean of the College, added that the study within the English language program is based on lectures and practical lessons, and for the student to graduate, it is required that he successfully pass the courses in the college’s regulations, which include 52 courses distributed over 8 semesters, adding that specialization begins in the fourth year, where he can Students may join one of the two divisions (Accounting Division - Business Administration Division), and application to the Language Division is made through the Internal Coordination Office. The college accepts students who meet the admission conditions, and study in the program in English in all its courses, which leads to developing the language level of enrolled students in accordance with Its own set of educational standards.

Assiut University announces the reopening of electronic registration for new students wishing to apply for housing in university cities

Dr. Al-Minshawy: Introducing new students to university cities from the 17th to the 21st of this September

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, announced the reopening of applications for housing in the university city for new students only, who have obtained a high school diploma in 2023 AD, and who failed to apply in the previous stage, through electronic registration, on the Al-Zahraa website at the following link: https: //alzahraa.mans.edu.eg/studentApplications  ; This starts from Sunday, September 17th, until Thursday, September 21st.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy stressed Assiut University’s keenness to follow specific standards and controls for the plan to accept “old and new” expatriate students into university cities, with the beginning of the 2023/2024 academic year.

Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, revealed that the academic year 2023/2024 AD; A number of criteria for comparison between accepted new students are being applied, including: The distance criterion between the student’s place of residence and the university, and the success rate for the scientific and literary group, announcing that exceptions will be made to the application of those previous standards for some categories that include students with special abilities and needs; With a certificate approved by medical supervision, distinguished in activities, and special exceptional cases.

It is worth noting that admission is inquired about through the same link, and in the event of acceptance, the student must print the admission form, complete the data from his college, and deliver it to the employee responsible for the university city administration.
