Important announcement for college students on literacy and adult education

In accordance with the protocol signed between Assiut University and the General Authority for Literacy and Adult Education, and in accordance with the decision of the University Council, each student of the Faculty of Arts is obliged to erase the illiteracy of a minimum number of (2) students during the school years as a condition for graduation.

Dr. Maha Ghanem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, stressed Egypt's interest in applying the concept of government electronic transactions and digital transformation in the framework of achieving sustainable development and Egypt's vision 2030, noting the university administration's keenness to adopt this trend and strengthen it by all available means and means.
This came through the launch of the seminar "Managing your government transactions on digital Egypt at any time and from any place" organized by the community service and environmental development sector in the Faculty of Arts in cooperation with the Department of Libraries, Documents and Information at the College under the auspices of Dr. Tarek Al-Jamal, President of Assiut University, Dr. Magdi Abdul Jawad Alwan, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Muti, Undersecretary of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Ahmed Faraj Ahmed Head of the Department of Libraries, Documents and Information, Dr. Abdul Muti. Hamid Nada is an associate professor of documents and archives at Assiut University, as well as deans of colleges at the university and a group of faculty members and students from the university.
For its part, Dr. Magdi Abdul Jawad pointed out that the university administration is seeking to adopt educational and awareness seminars and training courses that allow university students the opportunity to exchange experiences and visions and exchange new ideas that keep pace with global developments in light of achieving sustainable development.
The seminar included several topics, including the planning and implementation of Digital Egypt, what are the government transactions on digital Egypt, how to set up an account on digital Egypt, as well as monitoring the Egyptian government's interest in digital transformations in general and in the field of documents and archives in particular.
