المشكلات المترتبة على جائحة كورونا لدى عينة من كبار السن ودور مقترح من منظور نموذج التدخل في الأزمات في خدمة الفرد للتخفيف من حدتها

Research Abstract

ي ظلّ خطر صحي عالمي النطاق وشديد الوطأة على المنطقة العربية، تحوّل ما يُفترض أنهّ عقدٌ من العمل الدؤوب من أجل التنمية المستدامة إلى عقدٍ من العمل العاجل من أجل إنقاذ الأرواح وإصلاح سُبل العيش، لقد أشعل فيروس کورونا أزمةً تذکّرنا بأنّ القطاع العام القويّ والفعّال هو خط الدفاع الأول ضدّ المخاطر التي تتهدّد نُظماً بأسرها وتتّسع رقعة الوباء بالفعل تحت صراعات متعدّدة وضغوط مالية ، وتحاول الدول احتواء التهديدات النابعة من انتشاره .
وأشارت التقارير بأن بعض البلدان ترفض تقديم الرعاية الصحية لکبار السن، وتختار إعطاء الأولوية للأصغر سنًا الذين لديهم فرصة أکبر للبقاء، أو يرفضون علاج کبار السن الذين يعانون من أعراض تشبه کورونا خوفًا من الإصابة بالفيروس، وأقر الأطباء بأنهم منحوا الأولوية في أجهزة التنفس الصناعي للشباب، ما يعني ترک کبار السن يواجهون مصيرهم، وثمة تقارير تتحدث عن وقائع مفزعة من الإهمال في دور المسنين الذين فتک بهم المرض , ولذا فقد استهدفت هذه الدراسة – الوصفية – تحديد المشکلات المترتبة على جائحة کورونا لدى کبار السن ، وقد طبقت على عينة قوامها (70) مفردة من الأشخاص کبار السن الذين أصيبوا بفيروس کورونا خلال هذه الجائحة ، أوضحت النتائج أن المسنين يعانون من مجموعة من المشکلات ( الاجتماعية – الصحية – الاقتصادية – النفسية) والتي أثرت عليهم سلباً خلال إصابتهم.
