الخرائط التخطيطية وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية

Research Abstract

تشكل التنمية حقًا من حقوق الإنسان التي يجب أن يتمتّع بها كل الناس، سواء بصفة فردية أو جماعية، ويحق لكل إنسان المشاركة والإسهام في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية والتمتع بهذه التنمية التي يمكن فيها إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالًا تامًا، وإن المهمة الرئيسة بالنسبة للنهضة في العالم العربي هي الرفع من كفاءة الإطار البشرى باعتباره المدير والقائد لعملية التنمية والفاعل الرئيس فيها، لذلك كان من الضروري الاهتمام بجودة الخدمات الصحية التي تقدم للإنسان، وتحديد مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية، تحديد دور الخرائط التخطيطية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، تحديد المعوقات التي تحول دون استفادة المخططين الاجتماعيين من الخرائط التخطيطية وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، والتوصل للمقترحات التي تساعد على تفعيل استفادة المخططين الاجتماعيين من الخرائط التخطيطية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، وتنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات التقييمية، واستخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للمترددين على مستشفى الغنايم المركزي بمحافظة أسيوط وعددهم (350) مفردة، وكذلك المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للخبراء في مجال التخطيط الاجتماعي وعددهم (15 ) مفردة، واستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين وعددهم (22) مفردة، واعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات من الميدان على استمارة استبار للمستفيدين، واستمارة قياس للمسئولين والخبراء في مجال التخطيط والصحة بمحافظة أسيوط.

Dr. Al-Minshawy congratulates Dr. Abdel-Mawla

Dr. Al-Minshawy congratulates Dr. Abdel-Mawla on the issuance of the republican decree appointing him as Vice President of Assiut University for Education and Student Affairs.

Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, congratulated Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, in his office, today, Saturday, February 3. On the occasion of the issuance of the presidential decree appointing him as Vice President of Assiut University for Education and Student Affairs.

Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy expressed - during the visit - his sincere wishes; To Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, I wish you more success in developing the education and student affairs sector, directing the implementation of the policy priorities of fourth-generation universities, and continuing efforts for further development for the benefit of students and the educational process.

Dr. Al-Minshawy urged to work according to a vision that is consistent with the university’s strategy and the plan of the Ministry of Higher Education, and to work for the benefit of students and enrich the educational process.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Salah Qaraa, General Supervisor of the Olympic Village at the University.

Condolence

 

 

Mr. Professor Dr. Saudi Muhammad Hassan, the Dean of the College, the Vice Deans of the College, the faculty members and the supporting staff, the Department Directors and the College’s employees, mourn with sincere sadness and sorrow the death of Professor Dr. Shaaban Azzam, Vice Dean of the Higher Institute of Social Service in Kafr El-Sheikh.
