This work is devoted to the study of modified Laguerre matrix polynomials. Hypergeometric matrix function representations, integral representation and an explicit expression for the modified Laguerre matrix polynomials are investigated. Finally, identities for power series for the modified
Laguerre matrix polynomials are derived.
