PhD Qualifying Exam 2025

In line with the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Assiut University's commitment to supporting scientific research and raising the academic level of its researchers, the doctoral qualifying examination for the 2025/2026 academic year was held today, Thursday, October 30, 2025, in an atmosphere of seriousness, discipline, and adherence to high academic and research standards.

This distinguished scientific event was held under the generous patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Gamal Badr, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and under the leadership of His Excellency Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the Faculty, with the participation of the following faculty vice deans:

Professor Dr. Ahmed Khodary, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research;

Professor Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs;

Professor Dr. Mustafa El-Sebaei, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The Faculty of Sports Sciences at Assiut University hosted a distinguished group of sports scientists and professors from various Egyptian universities, who shared their expertise in discussing and evaluating the researchers' work in a sophisticated academic atmosphere characterized by constructive dialogue and the exchange of knowledge.

Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the Faculty, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the esteemed scientists for their dedicated efforts and contributions, and for undertaking the journey to honor the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Assiut University with their presence. He emphasized that this collaborative scientific effort reflects a spirit of mutual respect and a commitment to advancing scientific research in the field of sports sciences.

The Faculty extends its heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all participating and organizing faculty members, wishing the researchers continued success in their academic and research endeavors.
