College preparations to deal with the rain

 

In line with the university's directives and its commitment to the safety of facilities and individuals, and under the auspices of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Mohamed Ali Adawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and with the guidance of His Excellency Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mustafa El-Sebaei, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and with the participation of Mr. Hamdy El-Adawy, College Secretary, and the following gentlemen:

Mr. Alaa and Mr. Nabil, College Assistants.

In implementation of the University Council resolutions issued on December 24, 2025, and in preparation for the rainy season and the implementation of precautionary measures to address the risks of flash floods,

the committee formed by His Excellency the Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, headed by Professor Dr. Mohamed Mustafa Hamad, and including the committee members, was received.

This is to assess the college's readiness to deal with rain, and to ensure the safety of the flood channels connected to the sewage network in the buildings, in addition to the cleanliness of the roofs, as part of the commitment to providing a safe educational environment.

Very important notice for first-year students

 

Dear First-Year Students

We would like to inform you that the college regulations stipulate that the college will organize a mandatory study camp for first-year students. Student attendance and full participation in the camp program are essential requirements for passing the year.

🔴 Important Notice:

Students will not be promoted to the second year until they successfully complete the camp and receive a passing grade.

📅 Study Camp Dates:

From January 10, 2026, to January 16, 2026

Therefore, we emphasize to all students that:

Attendance and participation in the camp are essential and mandatory for passing.

In the event of non-attendance or failure to participate in the camp program, the student will not be promoted to the second year.

Important notice for first-year students

 

The first group camp meeting will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, immediately following the exam at 2:30 PM. The boys' meeting will be in Auditorium 1, and the girls' meeting will be in Auditorium 2.

Please be punctual, as the meeting is important.

Important announcement for graduate students

To all applicants for Diploma programs, students enrolled in the first year of Master's programs (including those who failed), and applicants and students enrolled in the second year of Master's programs:

Please proceed to the Postgraduate Studies and Research Department to pay tuition fees for the 2025/2026 academic year as soon as possible, during the month of January.

Please note the following:

Submit a copy of your military service certificate upon completion (for males).

If your national ID card has expired, please provide a valid photocopy of it, with both sides on a single sheet of paper.

Please adhere to these instructions to ensure timely completion of the process.

Important notice to our third-year students

 

We would like to remind you that the next exam for the third year will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM, immediately after the noon prayer. This is as per the schedule approved by the college administration.

Condolences to Dr. Heba Rashwan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Sports Training and Movement Sciences, on the passing of her father, may God have mercy on him.

With hearts filled with faith in God's will and decree, the Faculty of Physical Education and all its members, represented by Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the Faculty, and all faculty members, staff, and students, mourn the passing of Dr. Heba Rashwan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Sports Training and Movement Sciences, on the death of her father, may God have mercy on him. They extend their deepest condolences and sympathies to the bereaved family, praying to Almighty God to grant him His abundant mercy and admit him to His spacious Paradise.

Inspection tour by the Dean of the College on the first day of the third-year Bachelor's exams

 

As part of the ongoing monitoring of the examination process, His Excellency Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College, accompanied by Professor Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and the heads of the examination committees, conducted an inspection tour of the third-year (Bachelor's) examination halls on the first day of the first semester examinations for the 2025-2026 academic year, corresponding to December 18, 2025, to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the examinations.

During his tour, His Excellency emphasized the necessity of full adherence to the regulations and rules governing examinations and the precise application of examination procedures within the halls, in order to ensure discipline and fairness for all students.

He also stressed the importance of providing a suitable environment within the examination halls to guarantee a calm and comfortable atmosphere for the students, while emphasizing the need for the presence of course instructors and proctors to answer student inquiries and to deal immediately with any emergencies that may arise during the examinations.

During his tour, he listened to students' opinions regarding the level and nature of the exams, reviewed their coursework with their professors, and ensured there were no obstacles. He emphasized that any negligence or shortcomings that might affect the smooth running of the examination process would not be tolerated, in accordance with the provisions of the Universities Organization Law and its executive regulations.

At the end of his tour, he stressed the importance of continuing to adhere to all regulations governing the work of the examination committees and creating a suitable environment to ensure the exams proceed in a calm and orderly atmosphere.
