The discussion and adjudication committee consisted of the following professors:

Professor Dr. Sayed Khalil Ahmed Heikal, Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Assiut University (Supervisor and Chair).

Professor Dr. Khaled Saad Zaghloul, Professor of Public Law and former Dean of the Faculty of Law, Sadat University (Member).

Professor Dr. Walid Mohamed El-Shinawi, Professor of Public Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University (Member).

Professor Dr. Ragab Mohamed El-Sayed, Professor and Head of the Department of Public Law and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Education and Student Affairs (Member).

Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Sabour El-Delgawy, Professor and Head of the Department of Public Finance at the Faculty of Law, Assiut University (supervisor and member).

The committee awarded the researcher a Master's degree in Law with distinction.

Following the discussion, Professor Dr. Douib Hussein Saber, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Assiut University and Legal Advisor to the University President, accompanied the members of the examination committee on an inspection tour of the faculty to review the recent developments and modernization of its infrastructure. The tour was attended by the faculty's vice deans: Professor Dr. Ragab El-Kahlawy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Professor Dr. Moamer Rateb, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Professor Dr. Ahmed Soliman, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research; and several members of the auxiliary staff.

The delegation was also accompanied by Professor Dr. Adel Abdel-Rahman El-Eisawy, Assistant Professor of Islamic Law.

The esteemed delegation praised the clear progress they had witnessed at the college, expressing their appreciation for the efforts made to advance the educational and research process. They wished the college and the researcher's family continued success and progress, emphasizing that what has been achieved reflects a serious and ambitious vision that seeks to enhance the college's standing and leadership among its peers in law schools in Egypt.

Assiut University Faculty of Law Celebrates the Graduation of the Sixth Class of the English Language Program

On Thursday, September 11, the Faculty of Law at Assiut University celebrated the graduation of the sixth class of the English Language Program. The ceremony was held under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, at the Nile Hall for Cultural and Civilizational Radiance, and was supervised by Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Douib Hussein Saber, Dean of the Faculty and Legal Advisor to the President of the University; Dr. Ragab Mohamed El-Kahlawy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Aleem El-Hammamy, Director of the English Language Program.

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy expressed his happiness at the university's celebration of the graduation of the sixth class of the English Language Program, emphasizing that this program is one of the distinguished programs offered by the university to develop education and keep pace with labor market requirements. He explained that the program enables students to connect with global legal thought and enhances their ability to compete in various fields of the labor market both inside and outside Egypt. He wished the graduates success in their upcoming journey and their responsibilities in achieving justice and protecting rights and freedoms.

The ceremony was attended by a group of members of the judiciary, heads and members of judges' clubs, members of the Bar Association, and the Jurists Association, along with faculty leaders: Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Abdel Rady, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research; department heads; faculty members; Professor Emad Ramadan, Secretary General of the Faculty; Dr. Ashraf Gaballah, Director of Student Affairs; Professor Hossam El-Din Mustafa El-Hafnawy, Director of Public Relations; and a number of administrative leaders and staff from the Faculty and University, as well as students and their families.

For his part, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla praised the wise leadership of the Egyptian state and its remarkable achievements across all governorates. He commended its commitment to cooperation and integration among various state agencies to achieve the goals of sustainable development in accordance with Egypt's Vision 2030. He emphasized the university's participation in this regard through the development of its facilities and academic programs, and wished the graduates continued success.

Dr. Douib Saber emphasized that the prestigious Faculty of Law bears the responsibility of providing students with solid knowledge, practical skills, and an enlightened critical mind, qualifying them to become accomplished lawyers, distinguished consultants, judges, and diligent researchers. He pointed out that the English-taught law program combines the power of academic curricula with a global language, opening up extensive employment opportunities for them both locally and internationally.

For his part, Dr. Rajab Al-Kahlawi recommended that the program's graduates continue to acquire knowledge through graduate studies or training courses that qualify them to work in various fields, including judicial bodies, law firms, legal affairs, and local and international arbitration offices.

Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Aleem also thanked everyone who contributed to supporting the program's students until graduation, starting with the university and college administration, as well as the college's professors and program staff. He extended his congratulations to the parents and graduates, each of whom is reaping the fruits of their long and continuous efforts.

In their speeches, the graduates, represented by Renada Mohamed Bakr, the top student in the class, and Ahmed Ali Sami, Vice President of the Union, expressed their gratitude to everyone who contributed to their success. They emphasized that graduation represents their gateway from the path of knowledge to the field of responsibility. They believed that the law is not merely a set of memorized texts, but rather a living spirit, a sublime message, and a standard for establishing truth and justice.

The ceremony included a distinguished artistic performance by the "Sahar Al Janoub" choir, led by maestro Nasr El-Din Ahmed. The ceremony also honored the academic and administrative leadership of the university and the Faculty of Law, in addition to honoring the graduates and presenting them with graduation shields.
