The college calls upon all students who passed the doctoral qualification program exam for 
the academic year (2021, 2022) to quickly go to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in 
the college to fill out the desires form related to registering the doctoral research plan, 
no later than Thursday, February 10, 2022

Today, Monday, January 24, 2022, a cooperation protocol was signed between the Faculty of 
Law and the University’s French Language Center for the center to teach the required 
language level for postgraduate students, whether the master’s stage 
(including postgraduate diplomas) and the doctoral stage; Representatives of the center 
will be present at the college headquarters to receive requests from researchers wishing 
to obtain the required language level.

The university administration calls on its students to quickly go to the vaccination points 
spread in the university to obtain the anti-Coronavirus vaccine, which is a condition for 
obtaining a university card for the current academic year.

The university administration also invites students who face social difficulties in paying 
tuition fees quickly to go to the Youth Welfare Office so that the university administration 
can contribute to paying the fees instead of them in full or pay part of it as a discount 
from the solidarity fund with the possibility of submitting a receipt for the progress of 
youth care to pay the expenses initially until the procedures are completed.

Knowing that the student is required to submit a valid university card to enter the examination 
committees, in implementation of the decision of the University Council in this regard.

In implementation of the decisions of the University Council, the committee’s entry to 
take the exam for the second article will be through the university card “University Card” 
for the current academic year (2021, 2022) only
