All newly admitted postgraduate students in the Diploma and Master's programs for the academic year 2025/2026 must promptly visit the Postgraduate Studies and Research Department in person to submit and review their registration forms and documents and pay the fees via Visa, during the following period:

This is to complete the registration approval procedures at the Central Administration.

Please note that incomplete documents will not be accepted.

📘 First: Required Documents for the Diploma Program

The documents should be arranged according to the university administration's instructions to streamline procedures and expedite review:

1️⃣ Registration form with (4) passport-size photos, including the student's information and certificates, signed by the student.

2️⃣ Original Bachelor's degree certificate.

3. A certified copy of the national ID card, stamped with the Republic's emblem on both the front and back (below each other), on a single page. The card must be valid.

4. A statement of employment status and approval from the employer, certified with the Republic's emblem (for employed individuals), or a declaration of unemployment, certified with an official seal (for unemployed individuals).

5. The original military service certificate or exemption certificate, or a certified copy with the Republic's emblem, or approval from the unit/battalion to pursue studies (for conscripts).

6. Approval from the Officers' Affairs Department (for active or reserve officers).

7. The original computerized birth certificate.

8. A certificate of good conduct.

9. A declaration stating that no fees have been withdrawn.

10. A declaration stating that the applicant has not enrolled in a diploma program at any other university.

11. A declaration of language proficiency.

12. A declaration stating that attendance is at least 75%. 13. Digital Transformation Course Completion Acknowledgment + Online Registration Form or Course Booking Receipt

Second: Required Documents for the Master's Program

Please arrange the documents according to the university administration's instructions to facilitate review:

1. Registration form with (4) personal photos, including the applicant's information, certificates, and signature. The remaining documents will be completed by the department, college, and central administration.

2. Original Bachelor's Degree Certificate

This certificate must not be more than ten years old,

except in the case of a postgraduate diploma in Physical Education with a grade of at least "Good," provided that the diploma was awarded before October 15, 2025.

3. A certified copy of the national ID card, stamped with the Republic's emblem on both the front and back (below each other) on a single page. The ID card must be valid. 4️⃣ Employment status statement + employer approval stamped with the Republic's emblem (for employed individuals), or a declaration of unemployment certified by an official authority (for unemployed individuals).

5️⃣ Original military service certificate or exemption certificate, or a certified copy stamped with the Republic's emblem, or unit/battalion approval for study (for conscripts).

6️⃣ Officers' Affairs approval (for active or reserve officers).

7️⃣ Original computerized birth certificate.

8️⃣ Certificate of good conduct.

9️⃣ Academic transcript (four years of study).

🔟 Declaration of non-withdrawal of fees + declaration of non-enrollment in any other university + declaration of language proficiency + declaration of attendance rate (75%).

11. Digital Transformation Course Completion Acknowledgment + Online Registration Receipt
