The education and students affairs committee will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday 11/11/2014 at 10.00 AM in the office of Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

The Medicinal Chemistry Department Council will hold its regular monthly meeting number (343) on Monday 10/11/2014 at 10 AM.

During its meeting number 610, held on 21/9/2014 and extended to 22/9/2014, the Faculty of Pharmacy Council approved extending the joint supervision mission of Pharmacist Marwa Refat Mohamed El-Zohary (Assistant Lecturer, Department of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Assiut University, and member of the Joint Supervision Mission) for one year starting 16/8/2014.

During its meeting number 610, held on 21/9/2014 and extended to 22/9/2014, the Faculty of Pharmacy Council approved extending the study leave of Pharmacist Mohamed Ehab Aly Hassan for three months starting 1/10/2014 or till he get a doctorate degree. Mr. Hassan is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Industrial Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, and a winner of a Ph.D- scholarship from the Egyptian-German program for long term scholarships.

During its meeting number 610, held on 21/9/2014 and extended to 22/9/2014, the Faculty of Pharmacy Council approved the travel of Pharmacist Sheryhan Fargaly Gad (Assistant Lecturer, Department of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy, Assiut University and a member of the joint mission program) to the University of Cincinnati (USA) to complete the practical part of her Ph.D thesis starting from the date of her travel.

During its meeting number 610, held on 21/9/2014 and extended to 22/9/2014, the Faculty of Pharmacy Council approved the nomination of Dr. Hajjaj Hassan Mohamed (Lecturer, Department of Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry at the faculty) as a replacement for Dr. Bahaa Gamal-Eldine Mohamed (Lecturer, Department of Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry at the faculty) as a member of the education and students affairs committee.

During its meeting number 610, held on 21/9/2014 and extended to 22/9/2014, the Faculty of Pharmacy recommended the appointment of Dr. Hassan Refaat Hassan as Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry.

A meeting of the committee for community and environmental development will hold on Saturday 15/11/2014 at 11 AM in the office of Vice Dean for Community Services and Environmental Development Affairs.

The laboratories and scientific equipment committee will hold its meeting on Saturday 15/11/2014 at 12 PM in the office of Vice Dean for Community Services and Environmental Development Affairs.

During its meeting number 611, held on 19/10/2014, the Faculty of Pharmacy Council approved extending the joint supervision mission of Pharmacist Nermeen Ali Mohamed El-Eraky (Assistant Lecturer, Department of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy, Assiut University, and member of joint supervision mission at the University of Cincinnati, USA) for another one year starting from 11/12/2014 to 10/12/2015 for complete the practical part of her Ph.D. thesis.
