Background: Psoriasis is a skin disorder that usually affects the scalp, elbows, knees, and trunk. It causes a rash with scaly, itchy patches. Aim: To evaluate effect of tailored digital nursing intervention on disease severity and quality of life in psoriasis patients. Design: A quasi-experimental research design was used. Setting: This study was carried out at dermatology department and outpatients’ clinic at Assiut University Hospital. Subjects: A purposeful sample of 70 adult psoriasis patients of both sexes was split equally into two groups (the study group and the control group), each consisting of 35 patients. Tool I: Patient assessment sheet. Tool II: The Psoriasis Area and Severity Index Tool III: Dermatology Life Quality Index Results: At Follow-up, a highly significant difference emerged in severity distribution (p < 0.001), with 94.3% of the study group classified as mild compared to 51.4% in the control group. According to Dermatology Life Quality Index, the mean score also showed a highly statistically significant reduction (F = 8.891, p < 0.001) from 15.7 ± 6.41 before the intervention to 10.1 ± 5.15 after the intervention, and further to 6.6 ± 4.9 at follow-up. Conclusion: using of tailored digital nursing intervention in education about psoriasis was effective in reducing disease severity and enhancing quality of life. Recommendation: The study on huge probability sampling should be applied. Keywords: Disease Severity, Psoriasis, Quality of Life & Tailored Digital Nursing Intervention.
