Generally, the term medical physiology applies to human beings. However, the science of physiology applies equally to all living things.

Overview

The Department of Clinical Oncology and Nuclear Medicine has been established to provide students with all the knowledge, training, information, and services needed to help cure cancer patients in Upper Egypt. This program prepares the candidate for specialist management of standard aspects of non-surgical cancer treatment and management of well-established standard techniques advances in drug and radiation treatment of cancer. Students learn to perform standard nuclear diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. They also perform under supervision a simple and well designed research in the fields of cancer treatment and use of open and sealed radioisotopes and be able to extract solid evidence from the newly published literature.
