Prechopping of grade II muscle without hydrodissection.

Research Abstract
Introduction: Akahoshi developed tecnique by which he can divide the nucleus mechanicaly (kartate Bechap technique) The main difficulty in this technique is visibility during devision. Hydrodissedtion and rotation of the nucleus is the main case of decrease visibility Aim: The main aim of this stydy is to divide the nucleus without Hydrodissedtion to improve visibility Material & methods: One hundred patient with grade II nuclei were included in the study Kerate prechep technique wase without Hydrodissedtion. Rescue: In 79 patient the nuclei could be divided & rotate without Hydrodissedtion. In the remaing 21 case Hydrodissedtion is need to rotato the nucleus after the 1 st division. Conclusion Prehaping of grade II nuclei without Hydrodissedtion is a safe and reproducer procedure The technique improved visibility during division and avoided Hydrodissedtion complications as rupture of the port capsule.
