Selection of Prof. Dr. Nasser Othman, Professor of Private International Law at the Faculty of Law, 
Assiut University, member of the House of Representatives, Secretary of the Constitutional 
and Legislative Affairs Committee within the committee formed to study and reformulate a 
draft law on amending the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It was decided to discuss the master's thesis submitted by the researcher / Mutlaq Nayef Hamad Radhi Al-Amira,

Under the title "Constitutional Protection for Expropriation for the Public Benefit - A Comparative Study"

and Mr. Dr. Dweb Hussein Saber - Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs - 
and Mr. Dr. Muammar Ratib Abdel Hafez - Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental 
Development - and Mr. Dr. Hossam Mohamed El Sayed Effendi - Vice Dean for Education and 
Student Affairs - and a number of members of the staff The teaching staff, 
their assistants and members of the administrative staff of the college - 
the activities of the ceremony concluded with presenting symbolic gifts and 
taking souvenir photos, and the college family expressed their deep thanks to
 Mrs. Jihan Hamid Hassan - For her sincere efforts throughout her years of service
