the public thesis for obtaining a master’s degree in law, entitled:

“The extent of the specificity of proof in administrative disputes, a comparative study 
between Egypt and Kuwait” submitted by the researcher:

The committee to discuss and judge the thesis was composed of:

•The committee recommended granting the researcher a master’s degree in law with 
a grade of very good.

The college invites researchers to attend these scientific forums because they 
enrich them at the scientific level and expose them to different schools of 
jurisprudence by elite jurists in Egypt and the Arab world.

The College of Law organizes an introductory seminar on “Services of the Small, Medium and 
Micro Enterprise Development Agency.”
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University, and 
the sponsorship of Professor Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Aleem, Vice President of the University, 
Professor Dr. Dweib Hussein Saber, Dean of the College, and Professor Dr. Muammar Rateeb, 
Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, 
the College organized an introductory symposium on the services of the Small, Medium and 
Micro Enterprise Development Agency. The junior year was attended by more than 1,000 
students from the college, and in the presence of His Excellency Professor Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aleem, 
Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development 
Affairs, and Professor Dr. Heba Rashid, Vice Dean of the College of Dentistry for Community 
Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
Professor Dr. Dwaib Hussein explained the state’s role in establishing small, medium and 
micro enterprises to provide job opportunities for youth, eliminate unemployment, and 
spread the culture of self-employment so that Egypt can produce and export all products 
in a way that contributes to maximizing the economy and increasing the national product, 
in implementation of the directives of the political leadership and in light of achieving 
the strategy. Sustainable development and Egypt Vision 2030.
During the symposium, the role of the Small, Medium and Micro Enterprise Development Agency 
was reviewed, the projects it implements with young people, women’s economic empowerment 
projects, and its role in financing micro-enterprises to support low-income and female 
breadwinners, civil associations, programs for training and qualifying youth for the free 
labor market, entrepreneurship, community development programs, and public projects.
Professor Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Aleem, Vice President of the University for Community Service 
and Environmental Development Affairs, pointed out the importance of encouraging young 
people to establish and expand new projects, especially productive and industrial projects, 
to increase their contribution to meeting the needs of the local market and reducing 
unemployment by providing new job opportunities for young university graduates.
Professor Dr. Muammar Ratib, the college’s dean for community service and environmental 
development affairs, also highlighted the importance of the Enterprise Development Agency, 
within the framework of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to pay attention to 
youth and support them by providing funding for projects to establish small and medium 
enterprises and working to provide and create real job opportunities.
Mr. Ihab Abdel Hamid, Director of the Enterprise Development Agency, explained: The Small, 
Medium and Micro Enterprise Development Agency continues to provide all possible facilities 
that ensure the success of young people in implementing various projects and achieving job 
opportunities on the ground, whether financial or non-financial services, in all sectors 
(industrial, commercial, service, crafts, livestock, poultry, and others). He added that 
the agency provides services (training, employment, establishment, entrepreneurship, 
financing, technical expertise, marketing) and other services that it provides.
The symposium’s recommendations also included the need to unify and intensify efforts to 
advance this vital sector that drives development efforts, especially in the areas of 
providing job opportunities and a decent source of income, increasing productivity and 
maximizing value-added chains in various economic sectors, and benefiting from what 
the political leadership offers for all possible means of support for any initiatives 
or activities. It provides better services to citizens, provides them with a decent life, 
and contributes to eliminating unemployment and other services.

 

 

The launch of moot court activities in the English language in its third season

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber, Dean of the Faculty of Law.

And Professor Dr. Rajab Muhammad Al-Kahlawi, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Education 
and Student Affairs.

And Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Aleem Al-Hammami, Director of the English Language 
Program at the College of Law and Academic Supervisor of Student Activities, launched 
the activities of the third season of the Moot Court in the English language.

For his part, Professor Dr. Dwaib Hussein stressed the importance of participating in 
various student activities because they strengthen the students’ scientific and academic 
skills and improve the level of legal knowledge.
Professor Dr. Rajab Al-Kahlawi emphasized the college’s support for various student 
activities, the aim of which is to encourage students to participate actively in increasing 
their legal and academic awareness and increasing their linguistic knowledge in 
the required manner and commensurate with the requirements of the labor market.

Professor Dr. Muhammad Al-Hammami stressed the keenness of the college administration 
to support all various student activities and encourage its students to participate in 
such activities in a way that increases their legal and academic awareness.
The students participated in the personal interviews for applicants for the new season 
as follows:

Mr. Iyad Ahmed Abdel Mawla, teaching assistant in the Civil Law Department and academic 
coordinator of the moot court activity in the English language.

And Mr. Mahmoud Rashad Badawi, teaching assistant in the Department of Public Law and 
academic coordinator of the moot court activity in the English language.

And Mr. Muhammad Abdel-Aleem Ali, teaching assistant, Department of Civil Law.
