*For graduate students who signed research plans from Prof. Dr. Shehata Gharib*

*Date for discussing the violations*:

*Thursday, September 5 instead of September 3 and 4*

*As follows:*

*Thursday, September 5 from 11 am* to 1 pm.. *Female students* Private Law Diploma

*And from 1 pm* to 2 pm.. *Female students all diplomas* (Human Rights.. Arbitration.. Judicial Procedures)

*And from 2 pm to 4 pm.. Male students* Private Law Diploma

*And from 4 pm to 5 pm.. Male students* All diplomas (Human Rights.. Arbitration.. Judicial Procedures)

**All students must adhere to the following:*

1- Attendance at the specified time.

2- Bring the signed research plan with the research.

3- Bring 10 copies of the cover of 10 references that the researcher used in preparing his research.

4- Bring a handwritten summary of the research, not less than *5 pages*, including the importance of the research, its problem, previous studies, results and recommendations reached..

The college discussed the public thesis for obtaining a master’s degree in law entitled: “Legal protection of the right to a clean environment in light of the provisions of public law,” presented by the researcher: Jaber Ali Nayef Hamloul.

The college discussed the public thesis for obtaining a master’s degree in law entitled:

“Legal protection of the right to a clean environment in light of the provisions of public law,”

presented by the researcher: Jaber Ali Nayef Hamloul.

The committee to discuss and judge the thesis was composed of:

•Professor Dr. Ali Abdel Fattah

Professor of public law

Faculty of Law, Beni Suef University.

•The committee recommended granting the researcher a master’s degree in law 
with a grade of very good.

The college invites researchers to attend these scientific forums because they 
enrich them at the scientific level and inform them of different schools 
of jurisprudence by elite jurists in Egypt and the Arab world.

 

Preparing for the new academic year, welcoming new students, and striving to beautify the college and improve the environment 

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University and 
Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aleem, Vice President of the University for Community Service 
Affairs, and within the framework of cooperation between the College of Law and 
the College of Commerce and with the support of Prof. Dr. Dowaib Hussein Saber, 
Dean of the College of Law and Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel Hafeez, Dean. College of Commerce, 
Prof. Dr. Muammar Ratib Muhammad, Vice Dean of the College of Law for Community Service 
Affairs, and Dr. Amal Al-Dali, Vice Dean of the College of Commerce for Community Service 
Affairs, planted a number of fruit trees in the vicinity of the two colleges. 
This is in preparation for the new academic year, receiving new students, and seeking to
