Employability skills Training

(January 26 -February 3,2013) Assiut University (AU) is establishing an Employability and Career Development Center  (ECDC) in collaboration with The American University in Cairo's Career Center .funded by USAID,ECDC aims at providing AU students with the required soft and job search skills that allow them to access career opportunities and land satisfactory employment.   Requirements ECDC is currently recruiting  for the first group of employability skills training conducted by ASPIRE; 25 students will be selected to join the training based on the following requirements :  Assiut University Final or pre-final year students graduating in 2013 or 2014. Good command of spoken and written English language. Good academic standing. Committed to attend a 9-day training from January 26-February 3,2013 -from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (including Friday and Saturday )- location will be communicated to selected candidates .   Application process Interested candidates should complete the application form at the following link: http://forms.caps.aucegypt.edu/ecdc_app/index.jsp Deadline for applying :January 10 th ,2013 only short-listed candidates meeting the required qualifications will be contacted for an interview. Important instructions for examinations

1-  يجب على كل طالب أن يملأ خانات كراسة الإجابة بخط واضح . 2- محظور قطعياً كتابة الاسم أو أية بيانات أو عمل أي إشارة على  كراسة الإجابة أو بداخلها . 3-  تكون الإجابة بالقلم الحبر الجاف 4- ممنوع الكتابة داخل ورقة الإجابة باللون الأحمر أو الأخضر أو القلم الرصاص او الألوان الفسفورية  مسموح بالكتابة باللون الأزرق أو الأسود فقط. 5-  عدم استخدام سائل التصحيح (الكوريكتور) عند تصحيح الإجابات الخاطئة 6- كل طالب يضبط متلبساً بالغش أو الشروع فيه يخرجه أ.د./ عميد الكلية او من ينوب عنه فوراً من قاعة الامتحان ويحرم من دخول الامتحان في باقي المواد اللاحقة ويصبح امتحانه باطلاً قانوناً علاوة على العقوبات التأديبية . 7- على الطالب التأكد من صحة بياناته المدونة في الخانات المخصصة لذلك على كراسة الإجابة مثل الاسم ورقم الجلوس والمادة وتاريخ الامتحان . 8- لا يجوز للطالب الخروج من لجنة الامتحان إلا بعد مرور نصف الوقت المحدد لامتحان المادة . 9-  ممنوع اصطحاب التليفون المحمول أو أي أجهزة اتصالات إلكترونية مماثلة داخل اللجان. 10-ممنوع اصطحاب أي متعلقات إلى داخل اللجان( الحقائب الشخصية ) مسموح فقط بأدوات الامتحانات .  11- يجب على الطالب التأكد من تسليم كراسة الإجابة إلى ملاحظ اللجنة  بعد الانتهاء من الإجابة . ومن يخالف هذه التعليمات يتعرض لمجلس التأديب   12-  الأعذار المرضية عن دخول الامتحان :- أ‌)  تعتمد الشهادات المرضية من المراقبة الطبية بالجامعة إذا قدمت قبل وأثناء الامتحانات اعتبارا من يوم الاثنين 31/12/2012 ، أما الشهادات التي ترد بعد انتهاء الامتحانات وبعد تمام شفاء الطالب فلا يلتفت إليها ب‌)عدم قبول  أعذار مرضية ترد للكلية من خارج جمهورية مصر العربية ما لم تكن معتمدة من طبيب سفارة جمهورية مصر العربية بالدولة المقيم بها الطالب وفي هذه الحالة يؤجل النظر في العذر المرضي لحين حضور الطالب بنفسه من الخارج لتوقيع الكشف الطبي عليه . ( لمجلس الكلية مراعاة بعض الأعذار الغير مرضية ) ج) لا يجوز عقد لجان امتحان خاصة للطلاب المرضى خارج مقر كلياتهم. وإدارة الكلية تتمنى لأبنائها دوام النجاح والتفوق

Bulletin Fine Arts Competition for 2012 The Ministry of State for Youth Affairs Competition in the Fine Arts under the title (25 January in the eyes of the youth of Egypt) in the following areas (drawing - photography - the art of caricature). Quality of beneficiaries: - ·         Egypt's youth members of the youth centers of all Provinces. ·        Students and college students. Competition conditions:  - First: the local level Local level for young directorates: - 1. Sunni phase of the directorates young people from 18 - 30 years old. 2. Sunni phase of the universities from 18 - 25 years old. 3. Into account the write data (Name - Age - conservative - Address - Phone)  behind all the work. 4. Commitment to full size specified for each contest and have the artwork  installed in a wooden frame properly. 5. In the field of drawing no more than (70 cm x 50 cm). 6. In Cartoons (35 cm x 50 cm). 7. In the field of photography (35 cm x 25 cm). Mode of implementation: - - Each Directorate evaluate and select the best works of art participate as a first stage through a committee formed by the Directorate composed of professor of the specialists in the Ministry of Culture to choose the best (five works of art for each area) totaling 15 business technician from each directorate and sent to the headquarters office in the ministry than February 7, 2013 in ((painting / caricature / Photography)). - Directorate shall notify the central administration of the cultural programs and volunteer time of the evaluation and selection of business so that the Directorate hosted observer of the competent technical department in the ministry to follow up the evaluation of the first phase and a financial claim after the contest ends. At local universities: - - Each University evaluate and select the best works of art as a first stage AD through a committee formed by the professors specialized in the field of Fine Arts and the selection of the best (five works of art for each area) totaling 15 business each university and sent to the headquarters office in the ministry no later than February 2013 in the field ( (painting / caricature / Photography). Second:  Apical level - The jury will select the best works of art for a number (45) work of art for young directorates (15 work of art in the field of painting - 15 work of art in the field of caricature - 15 work of art in the field of photography). - The number (24) Art for Egyptian Universities (8 artwork in painting - 8 work of art in the field of caricature - 8 work of art in the field of photography). - Hosting youth winner in the districts, universities and the 69 young center civic education on the island at a dinner on 28/2/2013 establishment and survival of a number (2 night) and departure after breakfast on 2/3/2013 and for the implementation of a workshop and discuss the youth in submitted works prior to arbitration to order award-winning centers. - Is an exhibition of the winning works of art. Youth Awards directorates: - Will be awarded to the winners of the directorates in all three functional areas (fee - Comics - Photography) cash prizes as follows:   §  First Prize        1000 pounds. §  second prize    900 pounds. §  Third  Prize      800 pounds. §  Award fourth    700 pounds. §  Award fifth       600 pounds. §  Number (10) incentive awards X 300 pounds. Total number (15) prize for each field .    Awards universities: - Will be awarded to the winners of the universities in the three functional areas (fee - Comics - Photography) cash prizes as follows: ·         First Prize       1200 pounds. ·         Second prize  1000 pounds. ·        Third Prize       800 pounds. ·        Number (5) incentive awards X 300 pounds. Total number of (8) prize for each field.
