The Faculty of Computers and Information Welcomes the Committee for Selecting the Best Library at Assiut University

The Faculty of Computers and Information welcomed the members of the committee for selecting the best library at 

the university, as part of the competition organized by the university under the auspices of:

Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University

Professor Dr. Gamal Badr, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research

The faculty prepared to receive the evaluation committee members through a team of experts, supervised by:

Professor Dr. Tayseer Hassan Abdel-Hamid, Dean of the Faculty

Dr. Ibrahim El-Awady Abdel-Hamid, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Studies and Research

 Ms. Nihal Abbas, Director of the Library

The evaluation team included:

 Dr. Abeer El-Tawil, General Supervisor of the Digital Library Unit at the General Administration of University Libraries 

Mr. Hossam Ali Omar, Director of the Cultural Agreements and Conferences Department at the University

 Ms. Hanan Nasri El-Ghazawy, Acting Director of the General Administration of University Libraries 

The committee inspected the library halls and reviewed the digital services

as part of the digital transformation activities aimed at serving scientific research and enhancing the educational process .
