He presented to the Board the recommendation of the Council of the Department of Electrical Engineering to grant Dr. Khalil Ismail Khalil Youssef the scientific title for the job (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Electrical Engineering - in the general specialty (electrical engineering) strict specialization (electronics engineering and communications) where he is committed in his work, behavior and performance improved.Resolution: The Council recommends that its sovereignty be awarded the scientific title of assistant professor.

 The Board presented the recommendation of the Board of Electrical Engineering department to grant Dr. Taha Abdul Shafi Abdul Hakim behind the scientific title of the job (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Electrical Engineering - in the general specialty (electrical engineering) strict specialization (electronics engineering and communications) where he is committed in his work, behavior and performance improved.Resolution: The Council recommends that its sovereignty be awarded the scientific title of assistant professor.

 He presented to the Board the recommendation of the Council of electrical engineering department to appoint Engineer Mahmoud Rifaat Mohammed Al-Ghazali Abdul Rahim in the position of assistant teacher in the department as he is committed in his work, behavior and improved performance.Resolution: The Council recommends that its sovereignty be granted.
