Quality Assurance UnitHe presented to the Council the approval of the Academic Committee for the Construction Engineering and Project Management program to change the program’s vision and mission to conform to the college’s vision.Resolution: The Council was informed. 2- The Council approved the approval of the Academic Committee for the Construction Engineering and Project Management Program in the minutes of the evaluation meeting of the quality of the examination paper for the decisions of the Construction Engineering and Project Management Program for the second semester of the academic year 2018/2019.Resolution: Council approved. 3- Presenting to the Council the approval of the Academic Committee for the Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering Program to assess the quality of the exam paper for courses for the academic year 2018/2019.Resolution: Council approved. 4- The Council of the Department of Electrical Engineering was presented to the Council to form a committee of the following:1- Mr. Dr. Adel Kamel Mohamed Hashem, "Communications Division".2- Mrs. Dr. Noha Medhat Mohamed, "Computer Division".3- Mr. Mustafa Abdo Merazi, “Forces Division”.To make evaluation reports for the quality of the exam paper for the academic year 2018/2019.Resolution: Council approved.

The Council presented the recommendation of the Council of the Department of Electrical Engineering to grant Dr. / Alaa El-Din Abdel Hakim Mohamed the scientific title of a professor in the department in a general specialization (Computer and Systems Engineering) exact specialization (Computer Engineering) as he is committed to his work and his conduct and improves his performance. Resolution: The Council recommends that the member be awarded the scientific title "Professor". 2- He presented to the Council the recommendation of the Council of Mechanical Engineering Department to grant Dr. / Ahmed Saad the scientific title of the position of Assistant Professor in the Department in a general specialization (Mechanical Engineering) with a specialization (Mechatronic Engineering) as he is committed to his work, his behavior and improving his performance. Resolution: The Council recommends that the member be awarded the scientific title "Assistant Professor". 3- He presented to the Council the recommendation of the Council of the Civil Engineering Department to grant Dr. / Mahmoud Mohamed Ahmed Owais the scientific title of the position of Assistant Professor in the Department in a general specialization (Civil Engineering) with a specialization (Transportation Engineering) as he is committed to his work and his conduct and improves his performance. Resolution: The Council recommends that the member be awarded the scientific title "Assistant Professor". 4- He presented to the council the recommendation of the Council of the Electrical Engineering Department to appoint Eng. Abeer Al-Sayed Muhammad Othman as an assistant teacher in the department, as it is committed to its work and its conduct and improves its performance. Decision: The Board recommends appointment. The Council of the Mechanical Engineering Department approved the council’s approval of the nomination of Prof. Dr. / Shimy Mohamed Ahmed - full-time professor in the department within the formation of the Board of Directors of the Workshops Unit until 3/10/2020 at the end of the current session due to the death of Prof. Dr. / Abu Bakr Ali Mohamed Nasr "may God have mercy on him" member of the Board of Directors of the workshop unit "Production Engineering".Resolution: Council approved. 7- The council was presented with the approval of the Department of Architectural Engineering on the request submitted by Prof. Dr. / Magdy Mohamed Radwan regarding his travel to perform Umrah during the mid-year vacation from 26/1/20 to 3/2/2020 AD.Resolution: Council approved. 8- He presented to the Council the approval of the Department of Architectural Engineering of the request submitted by Mr. Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Abdel Samie Eid regarding his travel to perform Umrah during the mid-year vacation from 26/1/20 to 3/2/2020 AD.Resolution: Council approved. 9- The Council of the Department of Architectural Engineering was presented to the Council with the request submitted by Mr. Prof. Dr. Essam El-Din Kamal Mahrous regarding his travel to perform Umrah in the period from 3/22/2020 to 3/26/2020.Resolution: Council approved. 10. The Council of the Department of Architectural Engineering was presented to the Council with the request submitted by Mrs. Dr. Salwa Abdel Rahman Mujahid regarding her travel to perform Umrah from 12/1/2020 to 1/22/2020.Resolution: Council approved. 11 - The Council of the University Council was presented with its session number (704) on 12/31/2019 regarding taking legal measures regarding those who were cut off from the faculty members and the assistant teachers who exceeded the legal period of the interruption.Resolution: Council approved.

Grants A collective report and individual reports submitted by the Governing Committee were presented to the Council by the Master of Engineering / Dalia Ali Hussein - The Council of the Department of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering and the Graduate Studies Committee recommend that their masters degree be awarded in the field of mining and metallurgical engineering "Engineering Survey".Resolution: The Board recommends grants. 2- The council presented the collective report and the individual reports submitted by the ruling committee to the master’s thesis of the engineer / Ibrahim Saleh Muhammad Al Shami - Yemeni nationality - The Civil Engineering Department Council and the Higher Studies Committee recommend granting his masters degree in civil engineering in the field of "structural engineering - armed concrete" From the Faculty of Engineering, Assiut University.Resolution: The Board recommends grants. 3- The collective report and the individual reports submitted to the council were presented to the council by the master’s thesis for the engineer / Adel Ahmed Mahmoud Abdel-Mawgood- The Council of Civil Engineering Department and the Graduate Studies Committee recommend to grant his masters degree in engineering sciences (civil engineering) in the field of “hydraulics and irrigation” From the Faculty of Engineering - Assiut University.Resolution: The Board recommends grants. Formation of examination committees.The Council approved the approval of the Council of the Civil Engineering Department and the Committee of Graduate Studies to form committees for postgraduate examinations for the academic year 2019/2020. Resolution: Council approved. 2- Presenting to the Council the approval of the Council of the Electrical Engineering Department and the Committee of Graduate Studies to form committees for postgraduate examinations for the academic year 2019/2020. Resolution: Council approved. 3- The Council approved the approval of the Mining and Metallurgical Engineering Department Board and the Graduate Studies Committee to form the Graduate Studies Examination Committees for the academic year 2019/2020.Resolution: Council approved. A memorandum submitted by Mr. Prof. / Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research on the registration of graduate students for all departments (PhD - Master) was presented to the Council for the second semester of the academic year 2019/20AD.Resolution: Council approved.

The Council approved the approval of the Council of Mechanical Engineering Department and the Committee on Cultural Relations on the attendance of Dr. / Omar Salah El-Din Mahmoud Conference in Aswan (2020 Tnter national Conference on Innovative Trends in Communication & Computer Engineering (Itce2020) in the period from 8-9 February 2020 AD provided that no The University shall bear any expenses.Resolution: Council approved. 2- The Council approved the approval of the Council of the Civil Engineering Department and the Committee on Cultural Relations to attend Mr. Prof. Dr. Hassan Ibrahim Mohamed - Professor at the Department The first International Conference on Civil Engineering and the Environment organized by the Faculty of Engineering, Aswan University, Hurghada, from 4-6 / 4 / 2020 AD, noting that his Excellency has accepted the conference, provided that the university will bear the travel expenses.Resolution: Council approved. 3- He presented to the Council the approval of the Council of the Architectural Engineering Department and the Committee on Cultural Relations on the request submitted by Mr. Prof. Rabie Mohamed Refaat regarding the attendance and participation of his Excellency in the International Conference, which will be held at the Library of Alexandria during the period from 22-23 / 3/2020 AD where his Excellency discussed Accepted by the conference, provided that the university will bear the travel expenses.Resolution: Council approved.
