In the framework of the movement appointment of new deans for a number of colleges at the University of Assiut, President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi issued a decree appointing Dr. Adel Rasmi  Hammad Ali Najdi dean of the College of Education at the University of Assiut, for three years. This, was Dr. Najdi began his career appointed lecturer, Department of Curriculum and Instruction University in 1994, then was appointed a teacher assistant department itself in 1998, and then as a teacher in 2001, and an assistant professor in 2007, then a professor in 2012.  Also contributed to the supervision of about 4 and 5 Master Ph.D., has about 13 scientific papers as well as many distinguished posts in various conferences, seminars and scientific meetings inside and outside Egypt
