The second scientific conference was held, "Tackling education problems in Upper Egypt in the light of the requirements of the new republic."
Where the activities of the conference began with the Republican greeting, then listening to verses from the Holy Qur’an, then words of welcome from
 Dr. Reham El-Meligy, Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Dr. Ahmed Hassanein Bahr, Director of the Abnoub Educational Administration, and Hajar Mahrous, Director of the Misr Public Library in Assiut.
The activities of the conference continued over the course of four discussion sessions for professors of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education and some researchers in the fields of scientific research, including sustainable professional development for teachers between reality and aspirations, and the seventh axis “education and training” of the sustainable development plan.

The governor of Assiut and the vice president of the university witnessed the activities of the second scientific conference, "Tackling education problems in Upper Egypt in light of the requirements of the new republic." "? 

During his speech, the governor of Assiut welcomed all the attendees, thanking them for organizing the second scientific 
conference and for providing the opportunity for university professors, education teachers and some students 
to present their research and studies in the field of scientific research and education problems. 
He presented the most important recommendations and proposals that can be used in developing
 the educational process in Egypt in In light of the requirements of the new republic,
 whose foundations were established
 by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic,
 pointing to the importance of the conference in highlighting the role of educational 
institutions in establishing ethical and scientific values ​​​​to protect available natural resources and focus on climate changes
And its impact on environmental sustainability and biodiversity, as well as focusing on the presidential initiative, a decent life
, and the national project for the development of the Egyptian countryside, and its impact on achieving renaissance and development in the villages of Egypt
, which the Assiut governorate enjoyed through development and service projects that are being implemented in about 149 villages with 7 centers in the first phase.
 2000 projects with a total cost of 44 billion pounds, and preparations are underway to implement the second phase in the villages 
and centers of the governorate.
The Vice President of Assiut University thanked the conservative minister for honoring the conference, conveying the greetings of 
Dr. Maha Ghanem, President of Assiut University, to all those in charge of the conference and its participants, stressing Assiut University’s continuous support for
 scientific research and the development of the educational system
, upgrading the academic and professional level of teachers, and developing research skills among students of educational stages. Pointing to the importance of the message of
 the second scientific conference,
 which is represented in encouraging teachers and students to scientific research, discovering talented and creative people, supporting them, 
stimulating positive competitiveness to improve the educational process, and focusing on national priorities and national projects
