The Graduate Studies Committee approved the recommendation to grant the student / Qassem Mahdi Ahmed Qasim "Yemeni Nationality" the degree of Doctor of Arts / Arabic language specialization (linguistics) in the topic entitled:                         "The Context Effect in Directing the Dictionary's Meaning in the Holy Quran"With a grade of "Honors Second".
