The required documents for application on the 'Study in Egypt' platform:

• A copy of the academic certificate
• A valid passport copy or valid refugee card
• A personal photo of the student
• A copy of the proficiency test score, if available

     The required documents:

1- "An original copy of the secondary school certificate authenticated by:

• The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the certificate was issued, and by the Egyptian embassy/consulate in that country;
• Or the embassy of the country where the certificate was issued, or the embassy of the student's country in the Arab Republic of Egypt, along with authentication from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2- A copy of the passport or refugee card

3- A copy of the birth certificate

4- Seven (7) personal photos

5- The proficiency test results for colleges that require this test.

6- A copy of the payment receipt, in case of bank deposit, receipts for services fees (application submission service $170 USD – coordination service $170 USD – qualification modernization service if applicable $300 USD/year – foreign student club subscription $150 USD per academic year – nomination modification $150 USD – registration deferral $150 USD – re-nomination $150 USD – re-registration $150 USD – registration transfer $150 USD – internal transfer $150 USD – external transfer $1000 USD – first-time registration fee $1500 USD)
