يتناول البحث خصائص وسمات الميراث الثقافي الحضاري للشعوب العربية ومن ثم إلقاء الضوء على الروافد المشتركة للثقافة العربية وكذلك ريادة و توصيف المحتوى الثقافي والتقني لفن النحت بين الشعوب العربية والغربية من خلال دور الحضارات القديمة وتأثيرها على هوية فن النحت الحديث وصياغة أنماطه الفكرية والتقنية ، توضيح عمق وملامح الفجوة في الوعي الفني والثقافة الفنية بين الشعوب العربية والغربية لكل من الفنان والناقد والمتلقي . - طرح مسئولية الفنان ودورة اتجاه المتلقي للكشف عن إمكانيات اللغة النحتية المتضمنة الأصالة والمعاصرة فى آن واحد ليصبح إبداع الفنان نتاج بحث وتنقيب ذاتي قبل الطرح والعرض على المتلقى. - من ثم التأكيد على الدور المنوط بالناقد الفني فى التواصل الفعال ما بين الفنان المبدع والمتلقي الواعي بإدراك أهمية الحركة النقدية . - وكذلك دور مؤسسات الدولة ومسئولياتها تجاه الحركة الفنية وإعلاء أهم رموزها محليا وعالميا ورعاية و دعم شباب المبدعين من الفنانين وأخيرا تتضمن الورقة البحثية وجهة نظر الباحث في توصيف الفارق في الوعي بالفن بين الشعوب العربية والغربية مع طرح الأسباب لمحاولة إدراك نقاط الضعف والتأكيد على نقاط القوة . The research deals with characteristics and attributes of the cultural heritage of civilization of the Arab peoples, and then focus on the tributaries of the common Arab culture as well as leadership and descriptions of cultural and technical content of sculpture between the Western and Arab peoples through the role of ancient civilizations and their effect on the identity of modern sculpture and the formulation of intellectual and technical patterns, to clarify the depth and features the awareness of the technical and artistic culture gap between the peoples of Arab and Western for both the artist, critic and the receiver. - Clarification the artist responsibility and its role towards the recipient to detect the capabilities of sculpture included tradition and Contemporary at the same time to become the artist creation provided with an artist's personal academic research before the presentation on the receiver. - And then emphasize the communication role of the art critic between the creative artist and the recipient.- As well as the role of state institutions and their responsibilities towards the artistic movement and take care of and support young creative artists Finally, the researcher's paper include the researcher point of view in describing the difference in the awareness of art among the Arab peoples and Western, and view of the reasons to try to understand the weaknesses and strengths points.
