As part of the keenness of the Faculty of social work-Assiut University to participate in the campaign of the Ministry of higher education and Assiut University (save it - enlighten it), the college provides an awareness initiative to spread community awareness and promote a culture of rationalizing energy consumption, and the college launched a distinguished initiative under the title:
💡 "Your saving illuminates your path", which emphasizes that saving is not just a reduction in consumption, but a conscious behavior reflecting individual and societal responsibility towards a more sustainable future.

🌱 The initiative aims to raise awareness among students and employees of the importance of following simple daily practices that contribute to reducing electricity consumption, through:
adopt correct behaviors in the morning use of devices rationalization of consumption during peak times adhere to simple measures to reduce Night consumption

💡 The initiative also highlights the importance of rational use of electrical appliances, such as disconnecting unused appliances, setting air conditioners to moderate degrees, and relying on natural lighting as much as possible.

🌍 These efforts come out of the college's role in community service and environmental development, and the consolidation of sustainability concepts among students, which contributes to building a generation more aware and able to face environmental challenges.
