The education and students affairs committee will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday 12/2/2015 at 12 PM in the office of Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

During its meeting number 613, held on the 21/12/2014, the council of Faculty of Pharmacy approved at the decision of the Executive Committee of the program of Clinical Pharmacy (session no. 94 held on 5/14/2014) with regards to the non-participation of a staff member and one of his relatives in the teaching of the same course, and this will be applied to all programs at the College (Program of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Program of Clinical Pharmacy) as well as the graduate program.

During its meeting number 613, held on the 21/12/2014, the council of Faculty of Pharmacy approved the invitation of Professor Dr. Bernhard Lendl (the University of Vienna of Technology, Austria) to participate in the discussion of the Ph.D. thesis of Pharmacist Marwa Refaat Mohamed Al-Zohary (Assistant Lecturer, Department of Analytical Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy and member of the joint supervision mission) during the second half of February 2015.

During its meeting number 613, held on the 21/12/2014, the council of Faculty of Pharmacy approved the invitation of Professor Dr. Bernhard Lendl (the University of Vienna of Technology, Austria) to visit Faculty of Pharmacy, Assiut University during the second half of the month of February 2015.

During its meeting number 613, held on the 21/12/2014, the council of Faculty of Pharmacy recommended awarding the doctor of philosophy degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry) to Pharmacist Ahmad Farid Abdel-Hakem after reviewing the reports of the viva examiners, the resolution by the council of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry Department, and the recommendation by the Faculty Graduate Studies Committee.  

During its meeting number 613, held on the 21/12/2014, the council of Faculty of Pharmacy recommended awarding the doctor of philosophy degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmaceutics) to Pharmacist Nora Hassan Abdella after reviewing the reports of the viva examiners, the resolution by the council of Pharmaceutics Department, and the recommendation by the Faculty Graduate Studies Committee.  

During its meeting number 613, held on the 21/12/2014, the council of Faculty of Pharmacy recommended awarding the doctor of philosophy degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Microbiology and Immunology) to Pharmacist Helal Foad Heta Hussin after reviewing the reports of the viva examiners, the resolution by the council of Helal Foad Heta Hussin Department, and the recommendation by the Faculty Graduate Studies Committee.  

The Medicinal Chemistry Department Council will hold its regular monthly meeting number (347) on Thursday 12/2/2015 at 9:30 AM.

The Industrial Pharmacy Department Council will hold its regular monthly meeting number (375) on Thursday 19/2/2015 at 11 AM.

The Faculty of Pharmacy council will hold its monthly meeting on Sunday 22/2/2015 at 11 AM in the Hall of Faculty Council, 5th floor, administrative building.
