Prof. Dr. Mahrous Osman Ahmed, Vice Dean for Community Services and Environmental Development Affairs has been re-chosen as a council secretary by the Faculty of Pharmacy Council during its meeting number (601) held on 15/12/2013.

During its meeting number (601) held on 15/12/2013, the Faculty of Pharmacy Council has recommended awarding Pharmacist Mohammed Gamal Eldin Hassan Orabi, Assistant Lecturer, Department of Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Al-Azhar University, Assiut branch [Ph.D. candidate in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry)], Ph.D. Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry) after reviewing the reports of the thesis defense committee, the resolution of the Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry Department Council and recommendation of the Faculty Graduate Studies Committee.

During its meeting number (601) held on 15/12/2013, the Faculty of Pharmacy Council has approved the report submitted by Prof. Dr. Horria Abdel-Mageid Mohamed, Emeritus Professor of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry, regarding the progress of study of Pharmacist Marwa Refaat El-Zohary - Assistant Lecturer, Department of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Assiut University and member of the joint supervision mission to Vienna University of technology, Vienna, Austria.

During its meeting number (601) held on 15/12/2013, the Faculty of Pharmacy Council has approved a recommendation from the head of Central Department of Cultural Relations, for cooperation between the Egyptian Ministry of higher education and State U.A.E.

A meeting of the committee for community and environmental development will be held on Sunday 12/1/2014 at 11 AM in the office of Vice Dean for Community Services and Environmental Development Affairs.
