•The committee recommended granting the researcher a doctorate in law with a grade 
of very good.

The college invites researchers to attend these scientific forums because they enrich 
them at the scientific level and inform them of different schools of jurisprudence by 
elite jurists in Egypt and the Arab world.

A delegation from the Faculty of Law - Assiut University participated; under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University, and the supervision of Dr. Douib Hussein Saber, Dean of the Faculty and Legal Advisor to the President of the University, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for Human Rights and Studies at the University. The visit was attended by Dr. Moamer Rateb Mohamed, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Ragab El-Kahlawy, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Students Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Aleem, Assistant Professor in the Department of Legal History and Director of the English Language Law Program, Dr. Iyad Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Teaching Assistant in the Civil Law Department in the English Language Program, Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Aleem, Teaching Assistant in the Civil Law Department, Dr. Omar Ehab, Teaching Assistant in the History of Law Department, Dr. Ashraf Gaballah, Director of Youth Care at the Faculty, Mr. Hossam El-Hafnawy, Director of Public Relations at the Faculty, and a number of employees, with the participation of 18 male and female students. On Saturday, August 10, at the activities of the first Youth and Human Rights Forum in its first edition 2024 in Cairo, which was organized by the National Council for Human Rights, in cooperation with the European Union, under the title: “Together to enhance the role of youth in establishing the values ​​and concepts of human rights in the new republic.”

The forum was attended by Ambassador Moushira Khattab, Speaker of the Council, public bodies, heads of civil society organizations, entities, youth organizations, student unions, heads of youth committees from labor and professional unions, and youth secretaries of parties.

Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy pointed out the importance of Assiut University’s participation in this forum to enhance the role of youth in establishing values ​​and concepts of human rights in the new republic. The forum discussed the importance of economic and social rights for youth, the close relationship between the economy, human rights, and development, and the role of youth in promoting sustainable development, in addition to youth exchanging their views on opportunities and challenges.

Dr. Al-Minshawy praised the forum, appreciating the efforts of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in empowering youth, involving them in building the nation, establishing a culture of constructive dialogue, and creating conscious cadres capable of bearing responsibility and building the new republic, stressing his confidence in the ability of youth to advance their nation and bring it to its rightful place among the ranks of advanced countries.
