A lecture on drafting administrative contracts in the training course entitled Drafting 
Contracts and Claims Papers, held by the Center for Legal Studies at the College of Law, 
was delivered by His Excellency Professor Dr. Rajab Muhammad Al-Kahlawi, Professor and 
Head of the Department of Public Law, Vice Dean of the College, Lawyer of Cassation, 
Higher Administrative and Supreme Constitutional.

Today, Saturday, August 26, a discussion of the doctoral dissertation of researcher 
Abdel Aziz Al-Rashidi was conducted under the title “Administrative and legal organization 
of the rights to vote and nominate in municipal elections, a comparative study between 
Egyptian and Kuwaiti law.” Discussion and governance committees were formed with 
Professor Dr. Tharwat Abdel-Al Ahmed, Professor of Public Law, as Chairman, 
and Professor Dr. Rajab Al-Kahlawi, Professor and Head of the Department of 
Public Law and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assiut University, is a member, 
and Professor Dr. Abdel Majeed Suleiman, Professor of Public Law, Faculty of Law, 
Beni Suef University, is a member. The researcher was awarded the degree of 
Doctor of Law with a very good grade.
