International Relations and Arab Universities Affairs Office announces the beginning of submission in "Eugene  UNESCO" scholarship for the year 2024-2025 that is funded by the Romanian Government in coordination with "the University Agency of La Francophonie", this grant targeting doctoral and postdoctoral students from around the world. 
The advantages of the grant:
1. The grant covers the costs of air tickets to and from Egypt to Romania and vice versa.
2. The grant will cover all accommodation costs through the duration of study.
3. The grant presents 1000 euros, calculated according to the period of mobility.
The conditions of submission in doctoral and post-doctoral programs.
1. The applicant should be fluent in French at least (level B2).
2. The applicant should not previously have benefited from doctoral and post-doctoral scholarship provided by "the University Agency of la Francophonie".
3. The applicant should have a research topic suitable for academic fields mentioned in the grant.
4. The applicant must obtain an acceptance certificate from one of the Romanian higher education institutions that are partners in the program.
5. The applicant should have received the doctoral degree during the last five years "after 1/1/2020" (for postdoctoral students).
 NOTES:

International Relations and Arab Universities Affairs Office announces the beginning of submission for the "Japanese governmental scholarship "MEXT" for the year 2025 for studying in "Japanese Kanazawa University". This scholarship targeting post-graduates students who want to complete their master and doctoral degrees in Japan.  
"MEXT" scholarship is one of the most powerful fully funded scholarships worldwide and is monitored by University students every year.
The advantages of the grant:
- The grant covers the costs of air tickets to from Egypt to Japan and vice versa.
- Full exemption from admission fees, acceptance exam fees and tuition fees.
- The grant will cover all accommodation fees during study period.
- Each student obtain a monthly salary to cover living costs.
  The conditions of submission in (Japanese governmental scholarship "MEXT"):-
1. Applicant's age should not be more than 34years during submission.
2. Applicants must have the academic requirements for qualification to study in the post-graduate programs of Japanese Universities for master or doctoral degrees.
3. Applicant should have (2.30 -3) points from the university degree in his field of study.
4. Applicant should submit in the same field of his study or in afield related to his study.
5. Applicant should be fluent in English or Japanese languages.
6. Applicant should have good physical and mental health that enables him to pursue his study, he should present a health certificate.
7. Applicant should select an academic supervisor from "Kanazawa University" and obtain an acceptance letter from him before applying for the scholarship.

Required documents for submission:
1- Cover Page for student' file (attached form).
2- Submission form (attached form).
3- Field of study and study plan (attached form).
4- A copy of graduation certificate, the date of graduation should be clear.
5- An official academic record showing all undergraduate and postgraduate degrees including (GPA) of student's result.
6- A copy of passport, National ID, or birth certificate.
7- A letter of recommendation signed by the College's applicant dean and addressed to the Rector of Kanazawa University (attached form).
8- A recent photo for the applicant, the applicant's name and nationality written on the photo; this photo will be placed in the designated place on the application form.
9- A Summary of the latest degree obtained by the applicant.
10- An Acceptance letter from Kanazawa University Academic Supervisor (a copy can be accepted via email).
11- An Internationally recognized English or Japanese proficiency certificate such as (TOEFL, IELTS or JLPT). 
12- Health certificate (attached form).
13- A pledge written by the applicant to approve his acceptance to conditions of the scholarship (form attachment).
14- A letter of approval from work place of currently employed students.

International Relations and Arab Universities Affairs Office announces beginning of submission in the American Institutes Study Program (SUSIs) for scholars that presented by the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, this program aims to provide an opportunity for faculty and researchers at foreign Universities to deepen their understanding of American society, culture, values and institutions. 
American Institute of Researchers programs will be held for five to six weeks during summer 2025 at various colleges, universities and academic institutions in the "United States of America", the program includes a four-week academic stay within the Institute, followed by a one-week integrated study tour in "the United States of America".
 Eligibility criteria:
1. Applicants should be in the mid –career and their ages between 30-50 years during the submission.
2. Applicants should be highly motivated, experienced and professionals from   research organization and high education institutions.
3. Applicants should come from institutions seek to introduce aspects of U.S.  studies into their curricula, enhance and update existing courses on the U.S. or offer seminars and workshops specialized for professionals.
4. Applicants should have a graduate degree and have wide knowledge in the institute field or in a field related to it. 
5. Applicants should be fluent in English.
6. Applicants should be Egyptian citizens or have a resident of Egypt.
7. Applicants should have no or little experience in living in or visiting "United States".

International Relations and Arab Universities Affairs Office announces the beginning of submission in the American Institutes Study Program (SUSIs) for students leaders that presented by the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, this program aims students studying at general or particular Universities.
The American Institutes Study Program (SUSIs) for students; is an intensive academic program that continue from five to six weeks and is specialized for leaders of foreign undergraduate students, It aims to develop the understanding of University students of "the United States of America", while enhancing their leadership skills. 
The program includes a four-week academic stay that includes interactive activities, discussions, seminars, readings and group performances, as well as well as educational lectures at the expense of the U.S. Embassy.
The program topics for year 2025:
1. Economic Empowerment.
2. Religious Diversity and Democracy.
3. Young Women Leaders Program on Civic Engagement.
Eligibility criteria:
1- Applicants' age should be between 18 years and 25 years during the submission.
2- Applicants should have at least one semester left of their under- graduate studies.
3- Applicants should be citizens or have a resident in Egypt.
4- Applicants should be studying at one of Egyptian Universities and have a valid passport.
5- Applicants should be fluent in English.
6- Applicants should prove their leader possibilities through academic work and participation in community activities.
7- Applicants should have no or little experience in studying at "United States".

International Relations and Arab Universities Affairs Office announces beginning of submission in the American scholarship presented by the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, this program aims students studying at general or particular Universities, for the year 2024/2025 under the title (Global Undergraduate Exchange Program-Global UGRAD).
The Global UGRAD program offers a scholarship for one semester at an American college or University, giving students an opportunity to integrate into American society, culture and academic institutions and enhancing their professional skills. 
 The Participants will be enrolled in University courses from the host institution's curriculum, and will be required to study an accredited course to enhance their knowledge of the United States, as well as their accommodation will be in the University housing with American students and they will participate in 20 hours of community service.
The conditions of submission:
1- Applicants should be an Egyptian citizen.
2- Applicants should be studying at one of the Egyptian Universities.
3- Applicants' age should be at least 18 years during submission.
4- Applicants should be fluent in English.
5- Applicants should have completed at least one semester at the university by January 2025.
6- Applicants should have at least one year remaining at the end of the program.  
7- Applicants should have completed their secondary study in their country.
8- Applicants should be enrolled in full-time bachelor's programs only, having completed at least one semester at any public or private recognized university.
9- Applicants should display their leadership through academic work and participation in society activities.
10-Applicants should have no or little experience in studying at "United States".
