مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط تشهد افتتاح المطبخ المركزي للمستشفيات عقب أعمال التجديد والتطوير به

في إطار حرص مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط على توفير كافة الخدمات المختلفة للمرضى، تحت رعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية.

شهدت مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط افتتاح المطبخ المركزي بالمستشفيات الجامعية، وذلك بعد الانتهاء من أعمال التجديد والتطوير به.

بلغت أعمال التجديد والتطوير بالمطبخ المركزي 3 مليون جنيه، شملت أعمال التطوير زيادة الطاقة الإستيعابية بالمطبخ لحفظ حوالي 18 طن من اللحوم والدواجن والمجمدات، كما تم توسعته لتوفير أكبر عدد من الغرف، لحفظ وتخزين مختلف الأطعمة.

جدير بالذكر أن المطبخ يقوم بتقديم وجبات لجميع المرضى والعاملين، وهذه الوجبات يتم إعدادها بجودة عالية وفقا لمواصفات ومعايير صحة وسلامة الغذاء.

جاء الافتتاح بحضور الدكتور خالد عبد العزيز مدير المستشفى الجامعي الرئيسى، والدكتورة إحسان علي رئيس الإدارة المركزية لشئون الطبية والعلاجية، والدكتور إيهاب عبدالراضى نائب مدير إدارة مكافحة العدوى، والأستاذ يونس جارحي مدير عام التغذية، والمهندسة عبير بخيت مدير عام الشئون الهندسية.

It is worth noting that the kitchen provides meals to all patients and workers, and these meals are prepared with high quality in accordance with food health and safety specifications and standards.

The opening was attended by Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, Director of the Main University Hospital, Dr. Ihsan Ali, Head of the Central Administration for Medical and Therapeutic Affairs, Dr. Ihab Abdel Rady, Deputy Director of the Infection Control Department, Professor Younis Jarhi, General Director of Nutrition, and Eng. Abeer Bakhit, General Manager of Engineering Affairs.

Assiut University Hospitals witnesses the opening of the central hospital kitchen following its renovation and development work

Within the framework of Assiut University Hospitals’ keenness to provide all different services to patients, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, and Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy opened the central kitchen at university hospitals, after completing renovation and development work at a cost of 3 million pounds.

The development work included increasing the kitchen’s capacity to store about 18 tons of meat, poultry, and freezers. It was also expanded to provide the largest number of rooms to preserve and store various foods.

ضمن رؤية مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط لتطوير منظومتها الصحية من خلال إضافة خدمات طبية وعلاجية متميزة لخدمة كافة مرضى الصعيد، شهد المستشفى الرئيسي العيادة التخصصية لمرضى الفقاع الجلدي، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والأستاذ الدكتور خالد عبد العزيز مدير المستشفى الجامعي الرئيسي، والأستاذ الدكتور إيمان رياض رئيس قسم الأمراض الجلدية، والأستاذ الدكتور سارة عوض المشرف على العيادة.

ويعد مرض الفقاع الجلدي المناعي من الأمراض الخطيرة التي قد تسبب الوفاة، وهو يمثل مجموعة من أمراض المناعة الذاتية التي تهاجم خلايا الجلد، والأغشية المخاطية، وتتسبب في حدوث فقاعات، وتقرحات مؤلمة بالجلد، والفم، والأغشية المخاطية، ومن هنا جاء الاهتمام بتخصيص عيادة لمعالجة من يعانون من هذا المرض.

وعلى هامش الافتتاح نظم قسم الأمراض الجلدية يوم علمي حول المرض للتعريف بطرق التشخيص السليم لهذه الأمراض والتعامل معها وعلاجها تبعا لآخر تحديث من المبادئ التوجيهية العلاجية الأوروبية والأمريكية، وكيفية التعامل السليم مع المضاعفات الناتجة عن المرض أو عن الأدوية المستخدمة فى العلاج، مع عرض لبعض الحالات الإكلينيكية التي تم متابعتها من خلال عيادات الأمراض الجلديةو استجابتها الملحوظ للعلاج على مدى الشهور السابقة تحت إشراف فريق طبى من أعضاء هيئة التدريس و المدرسين المساعدين و الأطباء المقيمين بالقسم.

وشمل اليوم عده محاضرات منها،

محاضرة للأستاذ الدكتور إيمان رياض رئيس القسم عن التعريف بأمراض الفقاع الجلدي المناعي و أنواعه المختلفة، ومحاضرة للأستاذ الدكتور سارة عوض المشرف على العيادة عن أحدث وسائل التشخيص والعلاج لمرض الفقاع الجلدي المناعي الشائع، ومحاضرة للدكتورة مروة مكاوي عن تشخيص وعلاج شبيه الفقاع الجلدي المناعي، ومحاضرة للدكتورة آية بدران عن الآثار الجانبية للعلاجات المستخدمة وكيفية تجنبها والتعامل معها.

جدير بالذكر، أن العيادة ستستقبل المرضى يوم الثلاثاء من كل أسبوع.

Assiut University Hospitals opens the specialized clinic for patients with autoimmune pemphigus in the Dermatology Department of the main university hospital

Within the vision of Assiut University Hospitals to develop its health system by adding distinguished medical and therapeutic services to serve all patients in Upper Egypt, the main hospital witnessed the specialized clinic for patients with pemphigoid pemphigoid, under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals. Professor Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, Director of the Main University Hospital, Professor Dr. Iman Riad, Head of the Dermatology Department, and Professor Dr. Sarah Awad, Supervisor of the Clinic.

Autoimmune pemphigus is a serious disease that may cause death. It represents a group of autoimmune diseases that attack skin cells and mucous membranes, causing blisters and painful ulcers in the skin, mouth, and mucous membranes. Hence the interest in devoting a clinic to treat pemphigus, They suffer from this disease.

On the sidelines of the opening, the Dermatology Department organized a scientific day about the disease to introduce the methods of proper diagnosis, dealing with and treatment of these diseases in accordance with the latest update of European and American therapeutic guidelines, and how to properly deal with complications resulting from the disease or from the medications used in treatment, with a presentation of some clinical cases. Which was followed up through dermatology clinics and its remarkable response to treatment over the previous months under the supervision of a medical team of faculty members, assistant teachers, and resident doctors in the department.

The day included several lectures, including:

A lecture by Professor Dr. Iman Riyad, Head of the Department, on introducing the diseases of autoimmune pemphigoid and its various types, and a lecture by Professor Dr. Sarah Awad, supervisor of the clinic, on the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of the common autoimmune pemphigoid disease, and a lecture by Dr. Marwa Makkawi on the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune pemphigoid, and a lecture by Dr. Aya Badran about the side effects of the treatments used and how to avoid and deal with them.

It is worth noting that the clinic will receive patients on Tuesday of every week.

نظم قسم جراحة العظام بمستشفى الإصابات والطوارئ بالتعاون مع الجمعية العلمية السويسرية الدولية لعلاج الكسور ( AO Trauma)، ورشة عمل حول كيفية التعامل مع حالات الإصابات المتعددة polytrauma" patients"، تحت رعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور أسامة فاروق مدير مستشفى الإصابات والطوارئ الجامعي، وتحت إشراف الدكتور محمد الشرقاوي رئيس قسم العظام، بمشاركة المدرسين المساعدين، والأخصائيين، والنواب بقسم جراحة العظام.

شهدت الورشة عده محاضرات متنوعة منها، محاضرة حول كيفية تشخيص وتقييم حالات الإصابات المتعددة والتعاون بين التخصصات المختلفة لتقديم أفضل رعاية ممكنة لهذا الحالات طبقاً لأحدث القواعد والبروتوكولات العلمية المستخدمة عالمياً لتحديد أولويات وطرق التدخل الجراحي والعلاجي في حالات الإصابات المتعددة، كما تم إجراء عدد من ورش العمل والجلسات النقاشية المصغرة لتبادل الخبرات بين المدربين وشباب الجراحين

شهد اليوم مشاركة نخبة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتميزين منهم، الدكتور حاتم عبد المنعم بكر أستاذ جراحة العظام، والدكتور حسام أبو بيه أستاذ جراحة العظام، والدكتور محمود بدران أستاذ مساعد جراحة العظام، والدكتور مصطفى ثابت مدرس جراحة العظام، والدكتور هشام البسيط مدرس جراحة العظام، والدكتور عمرو أبو الفضل مدرس جراحة العظام.

Assiut University Trauma and Emergency Hospital organizes a workshop on how to deal with polytrauma patients

The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the Trauma and Emergency Hospital, in cooperation with the International Swiss Scientific Association for Traumatology (AO Trauma), organized a workshop on:

How to deal with cases of polytrauma patients, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University, Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, Dr. Osama Farouk, Director of the University Hospital for Trauma and Emergency, and under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, Head of the Orthopedic Department, with the participation of Assistant teachers, specialists, and deputies in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery.

The workshop, including a lecture on how to diagnose and evaluate cases of multiple injuries and cooperation between different specialties to provide the best possible care for these cases in accordance with the latest scientific rules and protocols used globally to determine priorities and methods of surgical and therapeutic intervention in cases of multiple injuries. A number of workshops were also conducted. And mini-discussion sessions to exchange experiences between trainers and young surgeons
