Under the auspices of Professor Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, the Board of Directors of the Conference and Guest House Center held its regular December 2025 meeting to review ongoing operations and discuss ways to develop and enhance the services provided. The meeting was attended by Professor Mohamed Adawy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Professor Adel Mohamed Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, University Secretary Shawkat Saber, and other board members.

Professor Ahmed El-Minshawy emphasized that the university is committed to continuously improving the services of the Conference and Guest House Center, considering them as key interfaces that reflect the university’s institutional image and service standards. He affirmed that efforts are ongoing to update operational infrastructure and improve efficiency, contributing to maximizing resources and achieving financial sustainability, while ensuring high-quality services that reflect the prestige and community role of Assiut University.

Professor Mohamed Adawy explained that the meeting addressed several topics and decisions aimed at developing the guest house services and improving management efficiency, thereby enhancing overall performance and optimizing available resources. He highlighted the university administration’s commitment to updating services and refining operational mechanisms to ensure high-quality service that reflects the university’s reputation and supports sustainable development goals while strengthening community partnerships.
