The event aims to foster constructive dialogue between the University and various professional institutions, discussing the practical and technical skills required from new graduates, as well as exploring mechanisms for joint collaboration in vocational training and professional development. This approach contributes to preparing qualified professionals capable of meeting labor market demands and keeping pace with modern developments in the agricultural and veterinary sectors.

In this context, the University Center for Career Development at Assiut University plays a pivotal role in supporting national efforts to enhance higher education, improve the employability of graduates from public universities, and facilitate students’ transition to the workforce, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.

The Career Development Center was established at Assiut University and inaugurated by Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Professor Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University. The Center serves as a platform to support students and graduates in defining their career paths by providing specialized training programs that help them understand the requirements of the Egyptian labor market and build effective connections with both the public and private sectors.
