The faculty of medicine has decided that the anatomy performance-based assessment for first year international students will be held in the department on Monday 13-3-2023 from 10 to 11p.m.

Bani Ady maritime school paid a visit to the faculty of dentistry on Monday 6-3-2023 where they visited the clinics, simulation and research labs, and the lecture halls. By the end of their visit, prof/ Heba Rashed, vice dean for Community Services and Environmental Development, prof/ Muhammad Nahed, head of Assiut University dental hospital, Dr. Zein Shatat, lecturer of oral radiology department, and Dr. Mostafa Muhammad Sayed, Assistant lecturer in Pediatric Dentistry, held a meeting with the students to answer their questions about dental issues.
The biochemistry department has set the topics of its Performance-based assessment for 2nd year students that will be held on Thursday 16-3-2023 at 10 p.m. at the labs of the department.

Due to the unsatisfactory student attendance complaint received from the dermatology department in the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry is urgently asking 3rd year students to attend their dermatology lectures.
Scientific research basics lectures for 2nd year students will start on Wednesday 8 March from 8 to 10p.m. for three weeks.

Under the auspicious of prof/ Muhammed Abd Elmageed Katamesh, dean of the faculty, prof/ Heba Rashed, vice dean for Community Services and Environmental Development, and prof/ Safaa Marzouk Tohamy, head of Scientific Research Ethics Committee, the Faculty of Dentistry held its Scientific Research Ethics seminar entitled, "Proposal Basics", on Wednesday 1 March 2023.
The Seminar was delivered by Dr. Mahmoud Ahmad Abd El-Aleem, coordinator of the Central Committee for Scientific Research Ethics in Assiut University where he explained the standards to do research papers and publish them in national and international journals.
