Dr. El-Menshawy: Cooperation between Assiut University and schools in the governorate enriches the educational system and achieves the desired goals of Egypt's Vision 2030

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, received on Sunday, November 17, a delegation of officials of the Egyptian International Nile Schools - New Assiut Branch, headed by Dr. Emad Al-Agan, Director General of the Egyptian Nile International Schools, and supervisor of the New Assiut branch, to discuss ways of cooperation between the two sides, in a way that contributes to providing an educational service that keeps pace with the developments of the times.

Assiut University organizes an awareness activity for kindergarten children entitled: "The dangers of electronic games and social networking sites for kindergarten children"

Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, the Faculty of Early Childhood Education organized an awareness activity for kindergarten children entitled: "The dangers of electronic games and social networking sites for kindergarten children", under the supervision of Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Alim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Yara Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education.

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, stressed that the university has a major role in awareness and education for all segments of society, by providing a lot of awareness messages in all fields, and the axes of the presidential initiative "A New Beginning; to build the human being", pointing to the danger of electronic games for children, and the need to have control controls that are keen to be implemented, so that the child can spend part of his free time in it, without fear or worry about it, and play games that help him develop his intelligence and creative thinking.

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, announced that the University Council approved in its session held No. (759), on October 29, 2024, the allocation of (two scholarships) to study the doctoral degree, for distinguished students at the master's level, in the practical faculties of the university, in order to encourage and motivate the university administration for its research children and outstanding graduate students, who have published their research in international journals listed in the (Web of Science) database with an impact factor and Q, as well as those who have received scientific awards, provided that Submission, starting tomorrow, November 26, until December 5.

This decision comes within the framework of Assiut University's keenness to expand the base of scientifically distinguished researchers, enhance its research reputation, and its presence in local and international research platforms and periodicals, and achieve standards and indicators of the quality of education.

President of Assiut University approves the joint cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Early Childhood Education and the Egyptian-Japanese Schools Sector in Assiut

Dr. Al-Minshawi: Cooperation between the two parties in the fields of: workshops and training programs to raise the professional competence of teachers

Today, Tuesday, November 5, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, witnessed the joint cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at the university and the Egyptian-Japanese schools sector in Assiut, with the aim of developing the educational process and providing a comprehensive educational and training environment in order to achieve this educational goal, under the umbrella of this cooperation.

The protocol was signed by Dr. Yara Ibrahim Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, and Ms. Omaima Tawfik Abdel Aziz, Director of Egyptian-Japanese Schools in New Assiut.

Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy explained that the protocol aims to achieve fruitful cooperation between Assiut University and the Egyptian-Japanese Schools Unit in Assiut in order to provide purposeful educational services on the ground, in addition to benefiting from the university's training courses and workshops to raise the professional competence of teachers.
