Within the small collection of Egyptian antiquities held in the museum of Archaeology in Al-Salam school at Assiut, there is a little funerary stela of limestone, belongs to a woman is named Iw(he)t-ibu. In the present article the writer wishes to draw attention to this unpublished stela. By various elements, as the offering formula terminology, the stela shape and type of decoration, it may be dated to the late Middle Kingdom
