Monday, 29 July 2019 02:50 PM Dr. Tarek El-Gammal, President of Assiut University, praised the political leadership for improving the level of health service provided to citizens and raising the awareness of health and they have reflected in the presidential initiatives launched by President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi, President of the Republic with direct support and supervision aimed at detecting noncommunicable diseases, Which emerged from a campaign to support the health of Egyptian women. He stressed in a statement the keenness of the University of Assiut to participate in all presidential initiatives in a fruitful and serious and harness all of its medical and human resources in order to maximize the benefit of the initiative program and expand the base covered.

Dr. Tarek El Gammal, President of Assiut University, stressed the keenness of the university administration to develop the efficiency of its administrative staff, raise their efficiency and improve their skill level in various work departments through organizing a number of training courses in various fields. In this context, Dr. Maha Kamel Ghanem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, participated in the work of the end of the civil protection training course for the employees of the South Egypt Cancer Institute.
