It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones or any means of communication (of all types and forms) inside the examination committees. Violation of this shall be considered an attempt and initiation of cheating, and the violator shall bear the penalties resulting from committing such violation, in application of the decree of the President of the Republic under Law No. (101) of 2015 AD concerning combating acts of disrupting examinations (Article One).

Whoever prints, publishes, broadcasts, or promotes by any means examination questions or answers related to different stages of public or private education, during the holding of examination committees, with the intent to cheat or disrupt the public order of the examination, whether the crime is committed inside or outside the examination committees, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of no less than one year and a fine of no less than twenty thousand Egyptian pounds and no more than fifty thousand Egyptian pounds, or one of these two penalties.

It is noted that modern technologies will be used to detect cheating devices of all types and forms. Whoever is caught with any of these devices and means will be subject to the aforementioned cheating penalties.
