The college calls upon all students who passed the doctoral qualification program exam for 
the academic year (2021, 2022) to quickly go to the Department of Postgraduate Studies in 
the college to fill out the desires form related to registering the doctoral research plan, 
no later than Thursday, February 10, 2022
