The Office of International Relations and Arab Universities, in cooperation with the Education and Student Affairs Sector and the Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector, announces the opening of applications for the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Scholarship Program for the academic year 2026-2027. These scholarships are aimed at outstanding international students wishing to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies (Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD) at top Indian public universities.

Funding and Benefits

Application Requirements:

1. Age Requirement:

  •  For Bachelor's and Master's degrees: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
  •  For PhD degrees: Applicants must be no older than 40 years of age.

2. PhD applicants must submit a research proposal.

3. Applicants must have studied the same specialization or similar subjects at their previous degree level.

4. English Language Proficiency: Applicants must submit certificates such as TOEFL or IELTS.

1. Passport copy (valid for at least two years).

2. Academic transcripts.

3. Personal photograph with a white background.
