Dr. Sultan Abu Orabi, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Universities, called for increasing the support of scientific research and Arab researchers in all fields of science and on various levels, based on the great importance represented by scientific research in elevating the Arab societies and placing them in the ranks of developed world countries
