Digital archiving and electronic documentation using mobile applications

The Faculty of Education organized a seminar entitled "Digital Archiving and Electronic Documentation Using Mobile Applications," under the auspices of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, and Professor Dr. Hassan Mohamed Hawil, Dean of the Faculty.

The seminar was presented by Mr. Emad El-Din Hussein, a teaching assistant in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the Faculty. He addressed several important topics related to the concepts of digital archiving, electronic documentation mechanisms, and the most prominent mobile applications that contribute to organizing administrative work and storing documents securely and easily.

The Dean of the Faculty emphasized that organizing this seminar comes within the framework of the state and university's direction towards supporting digital transformation, developing the skills of the administrative staff, and raising their efficiency to keep pace with the requirements of the times and contribute to developing the work environment and improving the quality of performance within the Faculty.

Participants included Professor Dr. Amani Mohamed Sherif, Vice Dean for Community Service Affairs, Professor Dr. Howaida Mahmoud Sayed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and a number of administrative staff members from various departments within the Faculty.
