The sixth scientific day organized by the Continuing Medical Education Unit at the Faculty for physicians of the Ministry of Health and Health Insurance was successfully concluded on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

The sixth scientific day organized by the Continuing Medical Education Unit at the Faculty for physicians of the Ministry of Health and Health Insurance was successfully concluded on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

The scientific day was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Nahid Attia, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, who warmly welcomed the attendees. He emphasized the Continuing Medical Education Unit’s commitment to the scientific plan for the 2025–2026 academic year and its ongoing dedication to providing the necessary scientific support for graduate dentists affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Health Insurance.

This event comes within the framework of the Faculty’s Community Service and Environmental Development Sector plan to organize a series of scientific days throughout the 2025–2026 academic year, reflecting the Faculty’s societal role in enhancing the competencies of graduate physicians and activating the cooperation protocol between the Directorate of Health and the Health Insurance Authority in the governorate.

Lectures delivered during the scientific day included:

who delivered a lecture entitled:
“Dental Adhesion: Principles & Failures”

Dr. Mostafa Mohamed Sayed
Lecturer of Pediatric Dentistry
who delivered a lecture entitled:
“Essential Pediatric Medications: Antibiotics, Analgesics, and Beyond”

The event witnessed remarkable attendance, with more than sixty physicians from the Ministry of Health and Health Insurance, in addition to teaching assistants and internship doctors from the Faculty.
