بالتعاون مع الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات:

 جامعة أسيوط تنظم ندوة توعوية حول "دور الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات في تعزيز الوعي والأمن السيبراني" الإثنين المقبل

  تحت رعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي، رئيس الجامعة، تستضيف جامعة أسيوط، يوم الإثنين المقبل الموافق 24 من فبراير 2025م، بالقاعة الكبرى بالمبنى الإداري بالجامعة؛ ندوة توعوية بعنوان: "دور الجهاز القومي؛ لتنظيم الاتصالات في تعزيز الوعي، والأمن السيبراني"، والتي تنظمها وزارة الاتصالات، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، بالتعاون مع جامعة أسيوط؛ بمختلف كلياتها، ومعاهدها.

  تهدف الندوة؛ إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الجهاز القومي؛ لتنظيم الاتصالات في تعزيز التوعية بالأمن السيبراني، وحماية المستخدمين من المخاطر الرقمية، ونشر أفضل الممارسات؛ للحفاظ على خصوصية البيانات، وأمان المعلومات، كما تسعى إلى رفع مستوى الوعي لدى الأفراد، والمؤسسات حول التهديدات السيبرانية المتزايدة، وطرق التصدي لها، وتعزيز ثقافة الاستخدام الآمن؛ للإنترنت، والاتصالات، كما توضح الندوة؛ الإجراءات التنظيمية، والتشريعية التي يتبناها الجهاز؛ لحماية الفضاء السيبراني، ودوره في دعم الابتكار، وتطوير بيئة رقمية آمنة، ومستدامة.

  وأكد الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي؛ على ضرورة  توعية الشباب؛ بمخاطر الإنترنت، وكيفية حماية المعلومات ، والبيانات، وحماية الشباب من الابتزاز الإلكتروني، وتعزيز قدراتهم على التعامل مع التقنيات الحديثة، وتحقيق أكبر استفادة من التطورات الجديدة للاتصال الرقمي، دون التورط في الجرائم الإلكترونية، إضافةً إلى التوعية بحروب الجيل الرابع، والحروب النفسية، والدعاية المغرضة، والشائعات التي تهدف إلى زعزعة ثقة الشباب المصري في دولتهم، ومؤسساتها الوطنية.

  وتأتي الندوة في إطار مواصلة جامعة أسيوط موسمها الثقافي، من خلال تنظيم عدد من الندوات، واللقاءات الحوارية المفتوحة مع الطلاب؛ لمناقشة أهم القضايا المطروحة على الساحة، بمشاركة نخبة من العلماء، والخبراء، والمفكرين، وكبار الكُتّاب، والأساتذة.

  وتتضمن الندوة، التي يُلقيها خبراء، ومتخصصون من الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات؛ محاضرة حول: "دور الجهاز القومي؛ لتنظيم الاتصالات ، ومبادراته"، يُلقيها الدكتور محمد إبراهيم، رئيس قطاع أول التفاعل المجتمعي، ومحاضرة حول: "أساسيات الأمن السيبراني"، يُلقيها المهندس محمد الحماحمي، كبير خبراء الأمن السيبراني.

In cooperation with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority:

Assiut University organizes an awareness seminar on: "the role of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in promoting awareness and cyber security" next Monday

  Under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of the University, Assiut University will host next Monday, February 24, 2025, in the Great Hall of the administrative building of the University, an awareness seminar entitled: "The role of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in promoting awareness and Cyber Security," which is organized by the Ministry of communications and Information Technology, in cooperation with Assiut University in its various colleges and institutes.

  The seminar aims to highlight the role of the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) in enhancing cybersecurity awareness, protecting users from digital risks, and disseminating best practices to maintain data privacy and information security.it also seeks to raise awareness among individuals and institutions about the increasing cyber threats, ways to address them, and promote a culture of safe use of the internet and communications. the seminar also explains the regulatory and legislative procedures adopted by the NTRA to protect cyberspace, and its role in supporting innovation and developing a secure and sustainable digital environment.

  Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy stressed the need to educate young people about the dangers of the internet, how to protect information and data, protect young people from electronic extortion, enhance their abilities to deal with modern technologies, and achieve the greatest benefit from the new developments of digital communication without involvement in cybercrimes, in addition to awareness of the fourth generation wars, psychological Wars, tendentious propaganda and rumors aimed at undermining the confidence of Egyptian youth in their state and its national institutions.

  The seminar comes within the framework of Assiut University continuing its cultural season by organizing a number of seminars and open dialogue meetings with students to discuss the most important issues on the scene, with the participation of a group of scientists, experts, thinkers, leading writers and professors.

  The seminar, which will be delivered by experts and specialists from the NTRA, will include a lecture on "the role of the NTRA and its initiatives", delivered by Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim, head of the first community interaction sector, and a lecture on "fundamentals of cybersecurity", delivered by Engineer Mohammed Al-Hamahmi, chief cybersecurity expert.
