The South Egypt Cancer Institute at Assiut University is hosting a series of evaluation tours and visits by quality and accreditation delegations, in preparation for full compliance with the standards of the General Authority for Healthcare Accreditation

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abu El-Magd, Dean of the South Egypt Cancer Institute (SECI);

And under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Amr Farouk Mourad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Abu El-Oyoun, Hospital Director;

The South Egypt Cancer Institute at Assiut University hosted a series of evaluation tours and visits by quality and accreditation delegations. These visits were conducted in preparation for achieving full compliance with the standards of the General Authority for Healthcare Accreditation and Regulation (GAHAR).

The regulatory delegation's visits focused on assessing the medical facilities' infrastructure, the quality of diagnostic and therapeutic systems, the safety of the work environment and patient safety, and the implementation of GAHAR’s internationally recognized national healthcare standards.
